Really slow. Monday, 8:45 a.m., no one in front of us. Waited 15 minutes for the food, which was already ready on display. I then picked it up myself. 🤷‍♀️ This is also a great way to scare away your guests.

Very unfriendly, ordered in the drive, discovered at home part of the order was missing.

I wonder why they have the system with the number display on the display. They always press your order “ready” without your food being ready. Just to make up time in their system. I absolutely don't mind waiting longer for my food. But it's not okay to cheat the customers & the system. During the drive I had to drive into the ATU parking lot so that I could no longer be captured by the camera & the time in the system looked better again.

Eating took a long time but the gentleman who brought the food was incredibly nice! Very obliging!

Not everything that was ordered is always given...

So I'm actually not the typical "I complain about everything" type. What really annoys me is that almost every time you get a Mc Flury or MC Sundae, they are only half or 1/3 full in places. Unfortunately, the days when an ice cream cost 1 euro are over, completely understandable. But it's annoying when you pay over 4 euros for an ice cream and almost always only get half or less of what you paid for. If you bring it up, you'll get an annoyed look, no matter how busy it is. When I order a cheeseburger, I don't just want the raw meat. Let's see how this develops in the future.

Unfortunately, this branch charges €6.49 for the MC Smart menu. A reason not to eat here.

I have no idea what went wrong a few days ago. Stood on the drive for 1 hour and 12 minutes until we had our food. That was also good and fresh, hence 2 stars. BUT: the guest in front of me was let down quite a bit! He should go somewhere else to eat, if it doesn't suit him he should cook himself, it can't split. And as he drove off, “Such a stupid a...hole” was shouted after him. I had my window open and noticed everything. He just said that he had been standing here for over an hour and what was going on today. And he said it in a normal, calm tone, whereupon the lady immediately became loud and impudent. This is not how you treat paying customers!!! Food: good Service & friendliness: below all standards!

Order PC is not CLEAR, constantly jumping to different pictures. Today showed me NEVER AGAIN!!!! Since when is there a “menu” WITHOUT COLA????? McDonald's will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!

Some of the employees can't speak a word of German, the technology in the store has never worked, ordering via the app isn't possible, then the orders are wrong or incomplete and when you ask whether you get the stuff you ordered, the only answer is: "They would have." “have to check straight away” and that with waiting times of over 15 minutes, in addition to all of this, every burger tastes like an old, rotten slaughterhouse compared to other branches, and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. As a branch manager, I would consider whether, when it comes to customer satisfaction, it wouldn't be better to close the store and build a recycling center instead because people would get more out of it. (On site at around 00:00)

The location is very nice. The employees are very nice and helpful. I would come again and again. The food couldn't get any better.

Some incredible employees at the drive-in. Was there at 10 p.m. in the evening, ordered food beforehand via the app with coupons, nothing was an issue. The next day I went there again with a similar order via the app, this time an older lady with glasses who then told me that coupons and app orders don't work together (total nonsense). When I asked how it could be that we were here around 12 hours ago and there was no problem, the explanation was a pat: I said it couldn't be done! I could only shake my head and keep driving. I'll avoid this store from now on, especially when you look at the prices, even with coupons you'll leave a lot of money there. If on top of that there is such unqualified, brash and cheeky staff.... NO thank you.

Highly recommended at 10 a.m. as there is nothing going on. Very romantic. You can also play TFT well. (Win 1st place)

Light and shadow as they say when it comes to this branch. Orders are processed quickly, burgers and finger food taste like you would expect from McDonald's. Special promotions Monopoly etc. are also usually available. The cleanliness in the branch is okay, the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it happens at irregular intervals that there is always a lack of small things in the order, sauces that were ordered are missing, and sometimes there is also a side dish of burgers. Every now and then there are problems with understanding between the customer and the staff, it depends on who is processing the order. One time it's perfect and quick and another time, especially during the week when there's not a lot of crowds, they don't really care about being perfect. It is pointless as a customer to always have to check everything to ensure it is complete. Considering that McDonald's isn't exactly cheap, and given the high prices, you can expect everything that's on the monitor to be packed.

There is a charging station here, which is good. But NOT a 22 kwh connection. This is bad. If you come with a small car with a type 2 cable, you can't charge. People please change that! I can't come here for a coffee like this!

Since we rarely eat out here, we feel very full after eating.

The cheeseburger was too small even for a child. I bit twice and that was it. The lettuce leaf inside was also a joke, about 3×3 cm in size, and 1(!) slice of cucumber. Never again.

That's just 1 picture saying just eat on the floor don't clean it if you notice what falls on the floor a no go totally eccentric no they leave it on the floor not just there it's dirty where it's supposed to be clean ne the toilets They're also a disaster, dirty, small, cramped and smelly. Tables aren't cleaned either. Things are simply forgotten when ordering, so that's just not possible. Personally, I won't be going to this store again. I'll also advise against going there. Not even worth 1 star

Das Essen aus dem drive gestaltet sich meist äuserst interaktiv da man in der Regel die Burger noch selbst zusammen schustern muss. Bedinung hat es nicht so mit dem deutsch oder durch jahrelanges starkes Rauchen kaum verständlich. Häufig fehlen Teile der Bestellung. Da kostet der fraß echt viel und dann landet er nicht mal in der tüte, abgerechnet wird natürlich trotzdem

Mal wieder nicht alles in der Tüte. Man muss sofort alles überprüfen. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit, Betrug am Kunden und Diebstahl. Entweder fehlen Soßen, Nuggets (16 statt 20) oder ganze Burger. Und... jedesmal die mit Wasser verdünnte Mc Rib Soße. Das war schon beim Herrn Peters so und wird von seiner Tochter fortgesetzt.

Wie immer hat alles in diesem Lokal gepasst, essen wurde schnell und heiß ausgegeben und durch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter/innen hat man definitiv ein Kundenfreundliches Fast Food Restaurant.

Es gibt eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin dort etwas älter blond und Brille vielleicht auch hellbraunes Haar die mega unfreundlich nicht nur zu den eigenen Kollegen ist sondern auch zum Kunden, des Weiteren das essen was wir bekommen haben war teilweise schon kalt und gar nicht mehr richtig warm dadurch dass ich meinen kassenbinde nicht weggeschmissen habe und ich vorgegangen bin und Bescheid zu sagen dass es nicht richtig warm ist wurde mir nur gesagt ja wer weiß vielleicht sitzen sie schon ewig da und haben deswegen jetzt das kalte essen. Also unter aller Sau wie wir an diesem Tag dort behandelt wurden und als lügt er dargestellt worden. Des Weiteren waren die Tische teilweise nicht richtig sauber und auf die Bitte hin unseren Tisch sauber zu machen kam nur ein pampiges ja komme gleich es war nicht viel los wir waren vielleicht fünf Gäste im Restaurant auch im Drive-In waren höchstens zwei Autos daher verstehe ich nicht warum man die Lücken oder ruhigen Zeiten nicht dazu nutzt die Tische richtig sauber zu machen. Ob ich da noch mal hingehe weiß ich nicht ich denke ich werde in Zukunft nach Schweinfurt gehen da war ich schon öfter und da läuft es wesentlich besser und freundlicher

Schon lange nicht mehr da gewesen und positiv überrascht vom Aussehen des Restaurants. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr oft fehlt im McDrive etwas bei der Bestellung. Schade

Mitlerweile einfach nicht mehr strukturiert, im MC Drive mitlerweile dauerhaft Wartezeiten von bis zu 15 Minuten. Ständig falsche Soßen mitbekommen. Leider auch mal besser gewesen.

Der neue Crispy Chicken war mega lecker!

Sehr lecker da. Personal größtenteils freundlich. Kinderspielplatz auch sehr hübsch gestaltet und es gab auch Luftballons zum mitnehmen,was uns aber allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat,ist dass die Toilettentür schwer aufging.

Also an sich waren die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, aber die bestellter Terminals gingen nicht wirklich gut 2 davon gingen garnicht. Dort war die tach Funktion nicht möglich. Des Weiteren kann ich den karamelfrape nicht dort empfehlen. Dieser hat sehr große eiskristalle und schmeckt sehr künstlich. Gibt in anderen Filialen bessere

Was soll man zu McDonalds sagen, hin Essen bestellen und wieder gehen. Der MC in Lichtenfels ist sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Guter Macces an der Straße, gut nach der Berufsschule. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen

Sauber, freundlich und kompetent. Schnell und unkompliziert Speisen vor Ort.

Essen war ok. Jedoch sollte ein bestimmter Mitarbeiter überdenken, ob Kundenkontakt wirklich das richtige für ihn ist! Sowas unfreundliches hab ich schon lang nicht mehr gesehen. Außerdem kann das Essen nichts für seine Laune... Alles einfach aufs Tablett geklatscht... Hoffentlich hatte er einfach nur einen schlechten Tag.

In diesem MCD ist die Qualität überdurchschnittlich.

Toll mit Kindern auch bei schlechtem Wetter dzrch abgetrennten Bereich mit "Dancefloor" (Projektor der Spiele auf den Boden projeziert zum aktiven mitmachen). Bei gutem Wetter geht es raus auf die Rutsche/Kletterturm.

Bin inzwischen echt genervt. War das zweite mal in den letzten Monaten im DriveThru und das zweite mal war die Bestellung nicht vollständig. Letztes Mal fehlte ein Burger und alle Soßen. Diesmal war im happy meal nur Pommes keine Nuggets

Anfang Juli 2023 hat es uns leider auf der Durchfahrt mit einer Panne auf der A70 erwischt. Der ADAC war sehr schnell zur Stelle und hat uns nach Wahl zu ATU gefahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns wirklich ehrlich und zügig geholfen, damit wir weitere Entscheidungen für die Weiterfahrt nach Hause treffen konnten. Das alles passiert Hand in Hand mit dem ADAC-Helfer. Mc Donalds ist gleich neben an, was jetzt auch sehr hilfreich war, da wir erstens Hunger hatten und zweitens etwas warten mussten. Das Restaurant liegt im Gewerbegebiet und der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Die Toiletten sind, wie überall etwas klein und in dem Fall eben viel genutzt. Das Angebot ist, wie man eigentlich auch erwartet, entsprechend groß und nicht schlecht. Die Netzkartoffeln sind dabei wirklich ein Renner und qualitativ sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit am Tisch war jetzt nicht so toll, aber wir kamen auch gerade in einer Zeit, wo doch sehr viel los war. Die Bedienung war freundlich und auch, als der Automat uns keinen Beleg mehr ausdruckte, wurde uns schnell und professionell geholfen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren gut beschäftigt, aber auf keinen Fall unfreundlich. Uns hat es geschmeckt und auch etwas vegetarisches konnten wir finden. Hier kann man also durchaus herkommen.

Essdn war frisch und heiß. Pommes waren knusprig. Leider sind die Wönde übermäßig dreckig(schon etwas länger) vorallem vom Eingang gesehen, ganz hinten links!
