We waited over an hour. They said it would take 30-40 minutes. The supplier could hardly speak any German. The food was absolutely cold and way too expensive. Never again.

It always depends on who is there and what exactly you want. Ordering online doesn't work. The prices don't match either. Even though they were picked up, the items were cold because they had been left without heat for too long because other parts of the order were still taking time. I mean... you could have just put it in the oven. I recommend tackling the many small details in the workflow across all personnel to ensure consistent quality.

I recently ordered a currywurst menu (red sausage) and was given a white sausage. When I told the staff, they just told me it didn't matter. Sausage is sausage!! You pay a lot of money and then you have to listen to something like that, it's not possible. Friendliness and service are something else!! The worst thing was that the staff complained about me and you could hear that!! I won't eat there anymore!

After the renovation, it's a great McDonald's. Very friendly!
