Sorry, I've been to McDonald's in more than 30 countries, but this is the first time I've been subjected to such aggression because I don't speak the language of that country. He refused to give me the toy that was in the window that I bought the Happy Meal for. I asked for a refund when I wasn't given the goods displayed in the window - I was also refused. It seems like a small thing, but in the end the evening was ruined for me and my son because the administrator fundamentally refused to open the showcase and get the right toys from it.
