The meat on the burgers was cooked or kept warm for far too long! Absolutely dry and tasteless! I ordered it at the drive-thru and picked it up, but when I wanted to eat it 10 minutes later, I was in for a surprise. I can't bring it back during a half-hour lunch break. That's completely unacceptable; I would have returned it to the restaurant. P.S. That was my second attempt. I won't be going to that restaurant again. Better get two trucks from the butcher!

That's why nothing works at Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore, completely as expected. 2 people in "service": One person puts orders in at the checkout and collects them and the other, who is still somewhat motivated but still hopelessly overwhelmed, tries to somehow process the huge number of orders. Ergo: absolute chaos and the 20 people who were there with me agreed: You definitely can't go there anymore! Oh yes: and to make matters worse, a burger was missing from my order. When it was delivered, it was the wrong one...
