Food is generally delicious, salad is a matter of taste with herbs, please take more care of the sanitary area (toilet and sink) to feel good and the large bottles of ketchup and mayo are often greasy - disposable is much better - then it's 5 stars!

The burgers are very tasty, but a few hours later I had signs of intolerance or possibly mild food poisoning. Otherwise the service was extremely friendly, the atmosphere wasn't particularly inviting but it was fine.

I really enjoy being here, but unfortunately the one employee on site is incredibly unmotivated. We were there at 11:30 and it wasn't open yet and we waited until 12 because then we thought we had missed the time. During this time, the employee relaxed and had a smoke and had his colleague inspect his motorcycle and then around 12 we were finally able to place our order... Another time, something was missing from our order and we ordered at the checkout. When asked, they said that it was unfortunately sold out... then they would have it Being able to say the order directly or being able to communicate when the order is placed and offer an alternative... ultimately you pay for it... Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired, but otherwise it's pretty clean and the toilets are clean too. The food tastes very, very good and the price/performance ratio is good, apart from the service, which is better at other fast food chains.

The ambience for eating used to be better, but now everything in the store seems colder due to the furnishings.

The worst McDonald ive ever visited. The McChicken was not good, but thats not the main cause. The fries were much worse - they tasted like the oil was not changed in months…

Because I parked there for over an hour to eat my MacMenu, I now received mail from Berlin with a fine of €65. This is how you drive away your regular customers...
