The food was very good. Prices were okay, not expensive. I have never paid 8.50 euros for fish and chips and was very full.

The flatbread and doner kebabs are fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly, the service is quick and the fries are very good. The price is questionable. The sausage and sauce were nasty.

Of course you shouldn't compare it with a 5 star restaurant or other good ones. Considering it's fast food, it's okay and good for in between meals. Home there always chicken menu and water quite satisfied. My wife always wants nuggets and fingers with fries. We've been happy so far and everyone has a bad day sometimes. Got a raw pizza delivered when I ordered an hour before closing time. Inedible and just disgusting. Almost an hour passed until the delivery and then the delivery person, who could barely speak German, came to my front door with a grin. Shame on you!

This is the best pizza I've ever eaten. The employees are very, very nice. The ambience is fantastic and the store is beautifully designed.

Bring snacks and drinks from home in winter. All snack bars are closed during the week. A large outdoor area with enough seating. From there you have a good view of the playground. The prices are high, which I can't say about the food. The food is a disaster.

I ordered from this restaurant and they ran out of what I ordered so they sent something completely different without confirming with me. Not happy with the order and didn’t have great service to remedy the issue. I can’t speak to the atmosphere

It has happened to me and my girlfriend several times that we wanted to order something an hour or half an hour before the store closed and they always said that they had already closed even though the door was open or I was also told by the salesman that he was leaving early because he had something else to do privately. Sorry, not my problem. Please please please adjust the new time on the internet.

Disappointing experience - never again! We had high expectations of the Rodizio Pantanal in Cologne, but were unfortunately completely disappointed. Our table was placed right next to a toilet - absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range. The staff were also extremely rude. We had brought a birthday cake with us and just wanted it to be prepared and served. Instead, we were treated rudely and it was made clear to us that our request was not welcome. Such behavior towards paying guests is simply unacceptable. The food itself was OK, but the entire service ruined the evening. We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend the restaurant!
