The food was cold again... the fries were inedible. The ice cream was half-liquid... the people were friendly. But hey, I'm going to the drive-thru to get something warm and quick to eat...

The shop was extremely dirty... It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a week! The ham in the counter was gray and visually really disgusting. Staff totally unmotivated.

My Pizza Romana just deserved 5 stars and was really great, but when I get my food in a box like that (it was wet and dried) I somehow wonder whether they reuse used boxes several times. It doesn't work at all. Addendum 10/18/24: Was there again today and ate inside with my daughter. Great service, rating increased by one star.

The food is prepared super fresh and doesn't sit around for ages like at other chains. The service is really super friendly. Without even being asked, they helped me and my two children carry everything to the car. You don't really find such attentive staff anywhere else! Since it's been renovated, it's also been a really nice place to eat. I'd go back anytime 😊👍
