The ambience would be almost beautifully furnished if it weren't for this electronic error that causes all the lights to flicker every second, which is very unpleasant. Price performance at first it seems very cheap, when you get Dan the carbonara it was served with cream, so after 7 bites the plate was empty and you were still very hungry, what can that be attributed to the price or the quality. Difficult to judge. Cannot judge good or bad.

A rustic restaurant with a meat-heavy menu. The service is businesslike. The kitchen closes at 1:30 p.m. If you arrive at 1 p.m. on a Sunday, the daily specials are already sold out. This may be due to the 65+ clientele, who probably already eat at noon. Prices range between €18 and €26, although unfortunately, almost all dishes only come with a carbohydrate side dish, and fresh vegetables are unfortunately missing. A side salad costs an additional €7.50. We had roast venison with spaetzle, roast pork with dumplings, and veal cordon bleue with fries – all delicious. Surprisingly, the trout isn't from the Baacher Forellenhof, but from the Black Forest. A 0.3-liter bottle of Alpirsbacher Pils isn't cheap. There's no draft beer, but there is an exceptionally large selection of local and European wines, as well as a large number of spirits.

We celebrated our civil wedding at the Burg estate. And have also been there for dinner a few times. We are completely satisfied, the food is always excellent, the service and the location are beautifully located.

Everything is always very fresh and of high quality. Duck breast is freshly seasoned and fried here, which is rarely found in Chinese restaurants. And you can taste it. 😋😋😋
