Unfortunately on a sad occasion, after a funeral. After a short, uncomplicated arrangement, all guests received very good food. Neat handling, well-groomed, almost family-like and not too expensive! Thank you again Karin

Very good food, fast service... gladly again

Wife had omelet with Pfefferlinge (chanterelles) I had Feuerfleisch -- pork in an onion paprika sauce (mild to medium spicy). Mine came with fried potatoes. Both were very good. Nice, charming café, with great ambiance and efficient staff. For a euro, they let outsiders use their restrooms too, not just customers (that’s nice, often tourists really have to hunt for a toilette.) Venue was very attractive, located in an old building but looking fresh and clean despite the interesting ancient architecture.

I can't understand the negative reviews at all. The fries were perfect for me and the bratwurst was very tasty. The prices are still okay for a zoo. I've eaten much worse but at a higher price.
