If I could, I would give it 6 stars 😁 Your breakfast is always a highlight for the palate and the eyes 🥰 Prepared with so much love 🥰 There's something for everyone 🥰 We celebrated my father's 80th with around 20 people in the circle of family and friends 😁 Thank you for the lovely morning 🤗🤗

That wasn't the case with the new operator. We've been customers for many years. Apparently, the operator changed in March. A birthday dinner with 10 people was a complete disaster. Saturday evening, 6:00 PM, not overly busy. Service was moderately friendly and quick, but OK. The appetizers arrived reasonably quickly. Bacon-wrapped dates were tough and felt like they'd just been taken from the freezer to the microwave. The kids' dishes were as flexible as a railroad tie. It wasn't possible to get a toddler-sized portion of the dumplings for a two-year-old. It ended up being €17.90, so the adults could eat the rest. Regarding the main courses: It took forever for the food to arrive, even for the toddler. I'm only used to seeing the kids' meals delivered with the appetizers. Chicken and liver were good, the fish pan was also tasty, but more of an appetizer portion. The market vegetables consisted of one (!) miniature tomato and absolutely inedible asparagus. My complaint was dismissed with: asparagus is just firm to the bite. Mushrooms would be the only alternative, but that takes time... The beef fillet tips were swimming in fat, the schnitzel wouldn't pass for a senior citizen's portion anywhere else. It was great that we still had the toddler's napkin dumpling, because he was already in bed. No one from management was there on Saturday evening, why should they? The service took note of the complaint but immediately said that one should complain directly to management, as the kitchen wouldn't take any notice. However, they also said that when things were less busy, the food would be much better. Perhaps that's why there are some good reviews here. Unless something fundamental changes, this was unfortunately my last visit to Minna's.
