If I could, I would give it 6 stars 😁 Your breakfast is always a highlight for the palate and the eyes 🥰 Prepared with so much love 🥰 There's something for everyone 🥰 We celebrated my father's 80th with around 20 people in the circle of family and friends 😁 Thank you for the lovely morning 🤗🤗

We went there for dinner with a larger group in April 2025. I personally think the quality and selection of the dishes are very good and the presentation of the dishes is appealing. Everyone in our group was enthusiastic and satisfied. Top service and the food was great. Fast and friendly service. Very clean toilet facilities. A few parking spaces in front of the building.

The restaurant was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Starting with the bright, nice atmosphere, through the extremely friendly and competent service to the excellent food. We chose fish and were thrilled with the quality. The fish was cooked to perfection, the side dishes were tasty and the starter salad was very tasty. The portions are enough to fill you up. The price/performance ratio is right. We'll definitely come back. Oh, you should make a reservation though.

Very good food, very, very friendly and good service, very pleasant atmosphere. The prices are surprisingly moderate, between €15 and €25. Anyone who comes to or around Norden/Norddeich should definitely eat there. It's worth it.🤤

We booked our wedding dinner there with a champagne reception followed by coffee and cake. Everything was 100% fantastic. The service was fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Good menu with fish, meat and vegetarian dishes served by always friendly staff. We always eat fish there. We enjoy the atmosphere there and the fish. I won't reveal the secret of reserving a table in advance.

We had a lovely evening here with very tasty and rich food. The service was top notch and always had a relaxed attitude on her lips. We felt comfortable at Goode Wind and the prices were fair.

We discovered Goode Wind as a restaurant this year. Three of us ate there and had three different dishes. The steak was generous and cooked to perfection, the schnitzel, freshly pounded and breaded, was also generously sized and delicious, as was the pan of chanterelle mushrooms and fried potatoes :-). The service is charming, cheerful, and attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed New Year's at Goode Wind and can highly recommend the restaurant!

The best the north has to offer. Everything is simply delicious. Very very friendly staff.

The worst restaurant I know because nothing is cooked here. The food comes from the microwave or cans and buckets from the wholesaler. Everything is seasoned with flavor enhancer instant broth. The cook is probably a car mechanic or something similar. If he actually learned to cook, he should be ashamed of himself. Nevertheless, the shop is always full, something like that is probably only possible in East Frisia where "cooking" means putting meat in the pan.

Simply fantastic! Very good food, very friendly staff, and a truly wonderful atmosphere. The chef did a truly impressive job, and everything is highly recommended.

The schnitzel baked with ham and cheese was really delicious. Absolutely top value for money. The room in the guesthouse that I had for two nights was clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. The service was impeccable and everything went very smoothly. Definitely both - the guesthouse and the restaurant - worth a recommendation.

Das Essen ist der Hammer. Lecker frisch und lecker . Die Jungchefin aber am Telefon eine voll katastrophe. Unhöfflich , Respektlos, histerrisch. Auf eine einfache Frage ob das machbar wäre ein essen zu bekommen ohne Beilagen und in einer größeren Menge. Wo man bereit ist den Preis auch zu zahlen was es kosten würde. [Davon mal abgesehen ] eine derartige unhöffliche Respektlosigkeit zu bekommen. Schlägt dem fass den Boden aus . Tut mir leid da kann auch das beste essen nichts dran rütteln das wir nicht mehr kommen . Kundenfreundlich kundenorientiert sind Fremdwörter für die ,, Chefin,,. Schade

Very rude young boss. Yells disrespectfully on the phone. It's a shame that it has been so dismantled over the years. The food was always delicious. But taking someone like that as boss without respect is no wonder if you lose paying customers.

I absolutely loved my visit to this restaurant! The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The entire team made sure that we felt completely comfortable. The food was simply outstanding - every dish was prepared with attention to detail and perfectly coordinated. The flavors were exceptional and you could tell straight away that only high quality ingredients were used here. Particularly noteworthy is the wine list, which perfectly complements the food. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and stylish, ideal for a relaxing evening. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I can only recommend to everyone. I'm already looking forward to my next visit because if we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back!

There were 5 of us eating here, so I can't say anything about the rooms. It is a family-run restaurant with a cozy, rustic style. I would like to pay particular attention to the courteous and friendly service, as well as the extremely delicious food. “Good middle-class” food is served. If you're looking for schnitzel, fish and steak, you've come to the right place! We have been visiting the restaurant for more than 2 years and can say that the quality remains stable at "very good". The price is more than justified. You get decent portions on your plate. Great value for money in my opinion!

The staff is very attentive and has a very appealing sense of humor. The food is exceptionally good and freshly prepared. This meant our special requests could be implemented perfectly. Be sure to order a Frisian spirit at the end... I don't give spoilers, but thanks for the introduction!

Unfortunately there wasn't enough parking space, but otherwise everything was very good. We arrived with good luck and even got a table for two people (without a reservation). The staff was very friendly and tried to implement our wishes. Had a starter soup and a main course, everything was at the table after a short wait and tasted delicious. If we were to be in the area again, we would reserve in advance and would be happy to come back.

We ordered food spontaneously and were able to pick it up three quarters of an hour later. We had 2x Snirtje Braa and paid a total of 42 euros for it. It was absolutely outstanding. We were full and even have some left in the fridge for later. We'll definitely do that again.

Hier erhält man Riesenportion die wirklich sehr, sehr lecker sind. Der Spruch aus der Küche " Fleischportionen unter 500 g sind Aufschnitt" kann wörtlich genommen werden. Das Restaurant ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Der Service war schnell, gut und lustig. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

Als Hauptgericht wurde eine Pilzsoße serviert, aber ich konnte nur den Speck schmecken, den sie hineingegeben hatten. Die Pommes waren dick mit Salz überzogen. Das habe ich so gut es ging abgetan. Wenn ich die Nüsse gegessen hätte, hätte ich schlimmere Folgen als eine geschwollene Kehle gehabt.

Definitiv frisch gekocht, keine Fertigsoßen oder Essen aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Alles frisch liebevoll zubereitet. Das Personal ist total aufmerksam und hat auch unsere tierische Begleitung super versorgt. Die Kids durften vor dem Essen Malen und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt prima. Junges dynamisches und humorvolles Kellnerteam. Einfach ein entspanntes Urlaubserlebnis

We were eating. Rustic German North Sea cuisine. Fish was good (pollock redfish). 8 out of 10 points. Everything tastes good with butter. Without it is the art that keeps you slim. Ambiance so 70s, 2 out of 10. Service trainee, questioning employees and strict boss. Could be a little more relaxed. Prices coastal tourist ole. So underpriced before overpriced. But Germany's tax offices want that. Can you go there?

The choice of the “Goode Wind” restaurant came about based on a recommendation. Our expectations were not disappointed. From the boss to the trainees, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty, the prices were reasonable. We will of course be happy to come back.

Very tasty food. My husband had the grill plate, meat was super tender, delicious fried potatoes and the homemade sauces that went with it were super tasty. I had the broccoli cauliflower with hollandaise, with boiled potatoes and butter sauce. Fresh vegetables, delicious sauce, a great vegetarian dish for me. Staff was super nice and accommodating!

We were just in the restaurant. The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was perfect! We were greeted quickly and extremely friendly. The service was phenomenal, friendly without being intrusive. There were two young service staff on site (the owners' children, I think) and they both served in an exemplary manner. The food was delicious, fried, baked, cooked to perfection and the quantity was more than sufficient. We only had to wait a short time and everything came at the same time. The price of the food was absolutely reasonable for the quality. We definitely recommend the restaurant! Keep it up! :-D

We have been there several times for breakfast and for dinner. Actually, you shouldn't rate it so positively because then you hardly have a chance of getting a place. The breakfast and food are really unique and you can recommend it with a clear conscience.

I can't rate the rooms but I assume they are as nice as the ambience downstairs and just as clean. Great service and generous portions. Even portions for small hungers fill you up. What is not possible, however, is for the chef to scream so that the guests can hear it

The restaurant was recommended to us by a lovely neighbor and today we finally tried it out. We had an excellent meal and were served very friendly. The menu is rich and varied, with a large selection of fish dishes. We will definitely come back and have already recommended it to friends who will be vacationing here soon.

Last night we wanted to test the East Frisian cuisine and also this restaurant because it had great reviews online and I have to say, it was absolutely amazing. Super nice staff, great location and the crab soup is a poem. Then the East Frisian snir bre and the fish fillet in crab sauce...just a face. However, we were so full that we couldn't handle the jelly anymore An absolute insider tip and we will be back. There is nothing negative to report, except maybe extra money if kids want ketchup and mayo. But that's simply lost on this great meal. Keep it up...

Krankheitsbedingt konnte ich das Lokal nicht selber aufsuchen, jedoch bestand die Möglichkeit zur Abholung (da wir uns vor dem großen Andrang telefonisch gemeldet hatten) Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Fischgerichte mit Kartoffel/ Reis und Salat. Es war alles wirklich sehr lecker. Die Bedienung bei der Abholung/ Telefonat war sehr freundlich.

Waren heute mit vier Personen da es war super mega lecker der Service ist super aufmerksam Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend sehr empfehlenswert !!!

Einfach spitze. Sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr nette und zuvorkommend Bedienung. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich. Ein UPDATE am 25.8.2023: Das Essen war wieder vorzüglich. Ich habe das Rumpsteak mit Pfefferrahmsosse gegessen. Das Fleisch von sehr guter Qualität. Ich esse meine Steaks grundsätzlich "Englisch". Wurde mir genauso serviert. Von außen die Röstaromen und innen blutig wie ich es mag. Dazu den Rotwein Lagrein. Ein sehr guter Wein. Passt gut zum Steak. Und die Bedienung wieder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder dahin.

Wie schon meine Vorgänger es beschreiben, super Service, sehr freundlich, der Hund wurde zuerst versorgt, und das wichtigste das Essen ist kaum zu übertreffen. Danke das wir in eurem Hause Speisen durften. Liebe Grüße aus Wiesbaden
