An absolutely cozy restaurant in the Werkstadt in Limburg. Sufficient parking spaces right in front of the door, so to speak. The service is very friendly, nice, professional and fast. The cake team absolutely knows their craft. Despite the small menu, we all had difficulty deciding. Because everything read very tasty. When the food came we were all very excited. Very nicely prepared, very tasty and of excellent quality. We immediately decided that we needed to come more often so that everyone could enjoy the treats. There is home cooking taken to a very high level and rethought. We were very positively surprised. The next visits are already being planned.

We felt very comfortable, it's just a shame that the chef is leaving. Still, thank you very much.

Simply disgusting!!! Went there for dinner on Tuesday May 6th, 2025. Save it folks. Jägerschnitzel with fried potatoes €18.90 and not worth a cent. Ready-made schnitzel of very poor quality which tasted like old frying fat, the fried potatoes were just as full of oil and had the same taste. That couldn't save the sauce, which wasn't really tasty either. Conclusion: I preferred to stop eating after 3 bites. Waitress was also very pissy.

The worst schnitzel in a long time. There were two of us eating here, we both ordered a Jägerschnitzel, what we got was more like a Jägerbriquette, one side, of course the bottom, was charcoal black, both schnitzels. Maybe that explains the waiting time of almost 45 minutes in an almost traditional restaurant. The fried potatoes were more like oil potatoes, without spices and hardly any roasted aromas, the few onions that were present were the same color as the schnitzel and the bacon could only be guessed at. The sauce didn't taste bad, but the mushrooms in it didn't seem particularly fresh... When you pay almost 24 euros for a schnitzel, you can certainly expect more. In terms of craftsmanship, it was a smooth 6. The meat itself was of good quality, but the only thing we knew about the meat hammer was through hearsay. How you can give out such food for such a price is incomprehensible to me. At least the salad and soup beforehand were quite good. As an apology there was always a beer on the house from the waitress, who was visibly embarrassed by the situation, but that was the first and last visit here.
