Today we went to a birthday party in the restaurant, which started out very well and ended in disaster. We were welcomed very nicely by the female staff and she served us very friendly. Unfortunately the food wasn't that good, pork fillet was very thick and dry, unfortunately we paid a lot of money for it. The icing on the cake was the boss himself late in the evening. At around 9.15 p.m. some of the lighting in the dining room was already turned off. That seemed like being thrown out to us, but we quickly ignored it. After 15 minutes the boss himself cleared away our napkins However, the empty glasses on the table were overlooked and we asked that this restaurant only closes at 10 p.m. The boss then told us that we hadn't ordered anything for a while and that we should leave the restaurant. I have never experienced such bottomless impudence. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant and I am very disappointed. I don't understand why there are so many good reviews.

We had an appointment there with 6 people on Boxing Day (December 26th, 2023) and had previously ordered a table that was not set when we arrived. The menu consisted of 5-6 dishes and the food supply was almost exhausted by 3 p.m. In any case, there were no fries with mayo and 1-2 other dishes. The food we ordered was somehow scraped together, or at least that's what it looked like on the plate later. The portions were small and it was definitely way too expensive. We paid around €360 for the boring meal + a few drinks. 360€!!! An unforgettable day. There was no Christmas spirit left. Even the effects of the drink were no longer in the mood and didn't affect us. If I had known this beforehand, I would have donated the money to a charitable organization instead of throwing it down the landlord's throat. Totally annoying! The toilets were dingy and outdated, like so much of the Adler. Workflows simply seemed unstructured and unprofessional. The waiter somehow made an effort and his overwhelm and discomfort were written all over his face, even though it was dead. At the same time, you could clearly observe the disappointed reactions and shaking of the heads of the other guests. Even an older woman passing by swore and told us about the store. Well, I'll leave it at this for now and won't go any further. Conclusion: A super unpleasant stay! We neither got full nor did we leave the store “happy and satisfied” - quite the opposite. Absolutely not recommended!
