We booked for our Wedding Anniversary and informed the staff. They did not mention anything which was disappointing. We were seated in a cold and overnighted back room with no atmosphere at all. Staff were slow with drinks and did not check in with us throughout the meal. Totally unacceptable. The started bread can without the butter which the turned up with the main starters. The starters were ok. My wife has the wildschwein ragout which was OK. My daughter had Schnitzel which was dry and not freshly prepared, unacceptable for 25€. I chose the veal back. The meat was under seasoned and tasteless. The vegetables were cold and undercooked as was the sauce which was thin and cold and not enough. When I said this to the staff they mad no apology. The quality of the food and the service was unacceptable considering the overpriced menu and poor service. It will be the last time we eat at Franzz and would not recommend.
