Super great, large, delicious schnitzels, nice service, pleasant atmosphere, always recommended

Schnitzel is awesome. The inn has been a long-time favorite for many years and I always enjoy coming back. The food is good, middle-class, the portions can withstand even the big hunger ;) The staff is very friendly, but there is always a bit more going on at the weekend. You may need to draw attention to yourself.

The food in the restaurant was really good, but my experience was marred by the annoying service. I accidentally got ketchup all over me and had to pay full price, even though I looked like I had just walked out of a battlefield. This was really annoying and really affected my experience at the restaurant. Hopefully the service will improve in the future because the food alone isn't enough to keep me coming back.

It's amazing, I've never had such a huge schnitzel and a lot of fries. The price is also completely reasonable. Can only recommend it!!!

Known for the delicious schnitzel rolls, but also always very tasty food on site. Large portions at affordable prices. Good service and tasted very good! Ideal for anyone who likes traditional Bavarian cuisine. The only drawback: If you sit at the back of the restaurant near the open kitchen, you end up smelling like bread ;) It's a shame that the restaurant is now closed on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise I would have been there more often.

Typical restaurant in the center of Landshut, not far from the church. The place does not have real rooms, but several areas with tables for small groups. The menu is varied, with some dishes from other origins and others that instead offer local dishes. The place is certainly more suitable for those who love meat: the schnitzels are enormous with or without cheese. The filet is also plentiful, but you will also find spinach pretzels. Many fried dishes. The environment is a bit noisy and unfortunately the environment does not have good ventilation, so when you leave your clothes will have brought the fried smell with them.

Wanted to make a reservation here on Friday. Called around 4:00 p.m. and requested a table for 8:00 p.m. The answer on the phone “We don’t offer reservations because I can’t say when the people who are there now will leave again” I understand the basic idea, but a reservation must be possible? Unfortunately, no alternative was suggested. Been there 3 weeks before, but without a reservation, but there were definitely still unoccupied tables (2 people, around 6 p.m., during the week) We stood in the entrance area, unfortunately no one felt responsible to greet us or ask us whether we would like a table or why we were there at all. After 15 minutes we left because none of the employees paid any attention to us. Hence my attempt to make a reservation two days ago, unfortunately unsuccessful. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again.

The schnitzel rolls are awesome

If you want to eat absolutely giant schnitzels, this is the place for you. The schnitzels are super tender and pounded very thin. They taste very good. The variations of different dishes with schnitzel are also available. There are also other dishes for someone who doesn't like schnitzel. You should definitely reserve a place or bring some time with you. At peak times it sometimes seems as if more service couldn't hurt. Processes here take a little long and drag on. However, once ordered, the food comes quite quickly. All in all, the employees there are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for a good big appetite.

We waited two and a half hours for our food, the Wiener Schnitzel was burnt. I've never eaten such bad food

Very good. We were there with a larger group. Food was good and everyone was at peace. Prices okay too.

More mass than class, schnitzel is very large, but hard as the sole of a shoe and not seasoned, potato salad is not good

The schnitzel with potato salad is a dream in terms of price and size. The only regret is that it is not open on weekends.

Can you give full marks? Why not! A piece of Landshut that I love, beautiful old buildings that have not been renovated, matching furnishings, mixed crowd, people sometimes play Schafkopf at the table, the cozy atmosphere is maintained even when it is full, the staff is very friendly and quick, the kitchen has a lot to offer from Bavarian cuisine! I'm looking forward to the next visit!

Great restaurant with unbeatable value for money. The waiters are very nice and waiting times are usually short. Are on site more often. Reservations are recommended as it is always busy.

“You can’t take someone’s memory away” 🤗! 40 years ago I walked from the vocational school to the HL.Geist-Stüberl to get a seat at lunchtime. We then sat together at the tables and enjoyed the delicious food, shashlik for 2 DM, Rieẞenschnitzel, just like in my photo from yesterday and just as delicious. Price-performance was already unsurpassed back then, for trainees anyway! It's just nice when there are still restaurants and bars that last a long time and don't stand still. Have renovated again, an open kitchen, just great to look at, at least for me, who loves to cook. Everything super fresh! It's not for nothing that the restaurant is full to capacity! There would have been nothing left available, but the nice waitress tried the impossible and we got two more seats and made nice acquaintances, which encouraged us to stay longer! Everything was just right and the host was happy that strangers met at his place and that there were nice conversations and fun!!! We would also like to thank you again for the nightcap and the great service and the excellent food and we would love to come again! An all around successful evening in the HL.Geist-Stüberl👏 Respect 👏

Ich rezensiere selten, aber hier komme ich nicht drumherum. Mega Schnitzel zum Mega Preis, die Halbe zu dreineunzig kriegt man sonst nirgends mehr. Das Wirtshaussmbiente absolut authentisch und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Wer nach Landshut kommt MUSS hier einkehren!

Super - Schnitzelsemmeln und klasse Salate, auch zum Mitnehmen. Immer wieder gerne. Auch nach dem großen Umbau (MODERISIERUNG) keine Preiserhöhung. Zusatz 2024-01: Nach wie vor kann dort alles, was irgendwie mit Schnitzel zusammenhängt, super und zu realen Preisen essen. AUSSERHALB DER KERNKOMPETENZ SCHNITZEL IST DAS ANGEBOT ABER ZIEMLICH ÜBERSICHTLICH.

Mittags auf schnelle Welle eine Schnitzelsemmel am Schalter holen und in die Luke pressen. Wirklich geilste Schnitzelsemmel die ich jemals irgendwo gegessen habe! Für die praktisch kaum vorhandene Wartezeit & die größe der Schnitzelsemmel sind 4€ absolut gerechtfertigt.

Der Schweinsbraten von der Mittagskarte ist ein Traum! Aber auch Currywurst mit Pommes ist klasse (und alles sehr reichlich). So stellt man sich ein bayrisches Gasthaus vor!! Unbedingt empfehlenswert 😋😊👍

Leckere Hausmannskost, flotte, freundliche und gut gelaunte Bedienungen, die Schnitzel sind nicht zu schaffen in der Größe, aber sie schmecken definitiv auch noch am nächsten Tag, die 2. Hälfte einpacken ist hier üblich . Preislich und unschlagbar. Hier findet man jung und alt, Studenten und Geschäftsleute,..- wo es gut schmeckt und man sich wohl fühlt gehen halt alle hin. Bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt waren wir 2mal hier, das spricht wohl für sich

Wir haben Cordon Bleu und Kösespätzle gegessen. Beides nicht empfehlenswert. Das Gordon Bleu war mit dunkler harter Kruste. Man könnte auch sagen es schmeckte angebrannt. Reklamation wurde nicht entgegen genommen, da es als dunkel in der Karte steht. Wir hatten uns sehr drauf gefreut und waren ziemlich enttäuscht….letztendlich auch vom Customer Service. Aber Geschmäcker sind ja unterschiedlich…. Für uns ist es leider ein Restaurant weniger in Landshut.

Bayernisch wurstsalat was not good at all. Not good taste. Poor dish, it was more like a soup than a salad.

Wir haben ein leckeres Abendessen im Heilig Geist Stuberl genossen. Die Bratensülze und das Altbayrische Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln waren absolut köstlich. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Küchenpersonal und an die freundliche Bedienung. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Alles super. Toiletten sauber und die Schnitzelsemmeln sind die besten aus Landshut! Ist auf jeden fall einen Besuch Wert.

Mittags im Hl.-Geist-Stüberl, sehr voll, hoher Geräuschpegel, Schnitzel nicht goldgelb, Pommes hart. Multwurst und Kartoffelsalat sehr gut.

Mit Freunden ins Hl. Geist Stüberl mittags wochentags in den Weihnachtsferien! Zum Glück haben wir reserviert. Sehr viel los. Riesige Portionen. Vielerlei Schnitzelvariationen und auch hurra ein Zigeunerschnitzel. Aber auch andere Gerichte wie Käsespätzele oder Currywurst etc.! Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Freundliche und flinke Bedienungen. Toilette parterre. Parken im nahen Parkhaus der Sparkasse möglich.

Heerlijk gegeten, kon helaas maar de helft op zo groot was het vlees. En zeer betaalbaar. Dus uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit.

Sehr schönes Lokal mit riesen Portionen, tollen Schnitzelvariationen, freundlichem Service und günstigen Preisen. Komme gerne mal wieder - schon deshalb, weil es hier noch Zigeunerschnutzel gibt! 🙂

Riesige Portionen zu unschlagbar kleinen Preisen findet man hier. Selbst die Portionen für den kleinen Hunger waren für uns zu groß. Fast alles für weniger als 10EUR (Schnitzel mit Pommes ca.8€, Currywurst mit Pommes 6€). Man kann auch draußen sitzen.

Also die Schnitzelsemmel ist wirklich köstlich. Ein schönes dünnes Stück Fleisch, saftig, kross und heiss. Das ganze Ding in zwei knusprig warmen Brothälften eingepackt mit Salat, Zwiebel und Ketchup Mayo ist einfach ein Gedicht.

Hier hat allgepasst: Der Empfang, die Hygiene, das super leckere Essen und die herzliche Bedienung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar positiv! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hier gibt es die besten Schnitzel in Landshut zum Top Preis! Alles ist sehr sauber und man wird freundlich bedient. Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen!

Bislang gab es zu den riesigen Schnitzeln auch einen Beilagensalat. Der wurde jetzt eingespart. Zugegeben, diese Portion war auch für sehr gute Esser nicht zu bewältigen. Trotzdem ist so ein eingesparte Beilagensalat eine Teuerung von mehr als 30 %. Darum ziehe ich euch einen Stern ab.

Die Schnitzel im Geist kenne ich nun schon sei über dreisig Jahren und sie schmecken immer noch ;-) Natürlich sei auch erwähnt, dass es so ziemlich die grössten Schnitzel sin die es in Landshut gibt.... es gibt auch noch etliche Gerichte ebenfalls sehr gut sind, aber ein Schnutzel ist halt ein Schnitzel ;-)

Früher gab es in Landshut definitiv das beste Schnitzel in Landshut. Seit dem Umbau hat die Qualität aber leider nachgelassen. Wir waren diesmal mittags als Paar dort beim Essen. Einmal ein überbackenes Schnitzel paniert und ein paniertes Schnitzel mit Jägersauce. Wartezeit war gut, die Portion wie immer riesig. Das Fleisch, dass ich von den frühen Besuchen immer sehr zart in Erinnerung hatte, war diesmal sehr zäh, obwohl es gut geklopft war. Die Sauce kam leider aus der Dose. Das WC war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Keine Papierhandtücher im Spender und der Seifenspender war auch leer. Die Ersatzseife war mehrmals gestreckt und damit eher schon Wasser. Würde mich freuen, wenn man dort zur frühen Qualität zurückfindet.
