Traditional German restaurant in the center of Alt-Esslingen.

This is a great spot for a relaxed visit after a walk or bike ride through the fields and on the paths nearby. There is also a playground for the kids if they get restless or bored.

Were here for the Christmas buffet. Great taste, unfortunately not good in terms of organization. Often many containers in the buffet were empty and you had to take what was left. Unfortunately not okay for this price. With better planning, this buffet would be a real treat. But it remains a one-off visit.

Very tasty food, even at Christmas when there is a lot of hustle and bustle.
