Very good restaurant, service was very friendly. Dogs are welcome, we were given a table with a quiet corner for our dog, thank you very much for that.
The food is fresh and very tasty, and the portions are generous. Absolutely recommended, you should definitely make a reservation
We made a reservation for a family birthday on March 2nd, 2025 and received the reservation confirmation for Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at 5 p.m. on March 3rd, 2025.
We received a call 22 hours beforehand saying there had been a mistake with the subsequent reservation and that unfortunately we could only stay until 7:30 p.m. I hate being lied to if you want to occupy a table twice in the evening, no problem but you don't let us know 22 hours in advance!
The soups and the first main courses were unfortunately lukewarm, but the service was very attentive and courteous.
Unfortunately, my starter didn't arrive until the main courses, but here too the response was very pleasant and apologetic.
Personally, I have a mixed opinion about the ambience, I think the ceiling and lamps are great, the tables and chairs as well as corner benches are ok, but could use some modernization.
Top, bottom, well.
So we had to and were allowed to move on at 7:30 p.m. and spend the evening in another restaurant.
My personal experience and opinion.
Went yesterday with 6 people for my daughter's birthday dinner as we have always had very good experiences here. The service staff immediately picked up the drinks and food. Drinks were delivered promptly. Waiting times are normal here as the food is really fresh and well cooked. Despite the drinks being empty, the service staff wasn't with us again for the next 80 minutes. Only after asking another colleague who was serving the neighboring table did we respond and ask what was going on with our food.
The complete order was not passed on :-(
The neighboring waitress apologized,
But we also expected that “our” waitress would comment on this incident herself.
After ordering again, we lost interest because the restaurant was now full and we didn't want to waste any more time.
The payment for the drinks was then taken care of by the neighboring waitress. Here we would have expected that we would at least get an espresso or a discount due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately this was not the case. Personally, I don't think it's entirely okay,
Because otherwise I could only say good things.
So at least I will no longer recommend the Kuppelnauwirtschaft or visit it myself.
Great, fresh, seosonal food. Always served with a smile.
Portions are large, that's why I think the price is ok.
In summertime there is a beautiful garden area.
Ambience and service top, unfortunately there were some compromises when it came to food because the Cordon Bleu Mediterranean with olives and unidentifiable expiring cheese wasn't that tasty, spaetzle with it, well. Wouldn't order it again but would come again, which unfortunately isn't possible because the operator is closing the restaurant. A bit of a shame.
A quaint restaurant where you can eat cheaply and well. Time seems to have stood still here. Manageable selection of dishes. Rather simple cuisine, but delicious schnitzels and chicken. No salads or desserts. Friendly and attentive service. If you want cheap and good simple food, this is the right place for you.
Great chef and great service at reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, this is no longer a given today. Every dish we've eaten so far in a few visits has been down-to-earth, superbly crafted and tasted great, plus it fills you up and it's affordable.
What more could you want?
This restaurant deserves every great review and many guests.
Thanks
The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and attentive, but the ambience leaves a lot to be desired. A refresh is in order, overall it's not really comfortable and it's a little outdated. (visit 2019)
