The service overall was disappointing. A missing chair at the table caused confusion, and when a solution had to be found, the affected guest was rudely reprimanded. Drinks sometimes had to be ordered several times, which indicates poor organization. In addition, the staff generally seemed annoyed, which gave the impression that guests were more of a burden than welcome. The ambience also left a lot to be desired. The lamps at the table were not charged, which spoiled the overall impression. The cutlery appeared to be of poor quality and did not fit the standards of a large restaurant. Another major drawback was the inadequate facilities of the sanitary facilities: with only one women's toilet, the capacity was clearly too low, and the inappropriately attached toilet seat seemed poorly thought out.
