The staff is disrespectful and rude, especially towards women. Even when we directly pointed out that their behavior was disrespectful, it didn't seem to stop the employees from continuing to treat us disrespectfully. Unfortunately, we won't be coming here again, as the waitress said this is no longer permitted. The reason was that my wife accidentally entered the play area with her shoes on, which is not permitted.

The quality of the food and customer service have declined significantly over the last 12 months. Not to mention the delivery times. When I ordered, I was told it would take 45 minutes, then 60 minutes shortly afterward, but then the delivery didn't arrive for almost two hours, and I received a mumbled apology. That's the last straw. We won't be ordering from here again!
