Very nice service. Food is freshly prepared and tastes really good. Portions are generous, even with the lunch menu at a cheaper price than in the evening. I will gladly come again.

We were there for the first time today and I ate very, very well. Well seasoned, nicely presented. The waitresses were very friendly. We'll be back.

The restaurant is small but atmospheric, the Chinese portions are not very big. The asparagus soup had raised suspicions that it had an unpleasant smell, and the noodles with the sprouts seemed dry. But the Chinese beer was great even though the bottle is small. Soup, pasta and 1 bottle of beer - 16€

I ordered food from this restaurant for the first time yesterday and immediately regretted not doing so sooner. Absolutely recommended!!! Nice staff and excellent food! Mini spring rolls, spring rolls and fried noodles with baked chicken. I hope I have the opportunity again soon! 🙏❤️

On a lonely Tuesday evening, I found myself craving Asian food. So I headed to Hong Kong Wok to satisfy this appetite. Good reviews promised a lot! However, I would like to be disappointed. There was a lot of chicken and a lot of noodles, but the sauce was inappropriate and only tasted faintly of peanuts. Disappointing!

It's a snack bar. I enjoyed it. Today I was there again and experienced the biggest bankruptcy. The chicken skewers and pasta arrived cold and the salad was unseasoned, so I complained. Return everything to warm up and dress the salad. After a short while the assistant cook came out of the kitchen, smeared a sauce over the whole dish and put it on the counter, whereupon the waiter brought it to me. The noodle and meat were still cold, so I raised my voice. He didn't take the dish back, but the cook stormed out of the kitchen and complained that the salad was always cold. To which I replied that even an untalented assistant cook should be able to heat up pasta and meat. She ran back into the kitchen and continued to complain that the salad was always cold and I said unseasoned. She was really angry and continued to complain in foreign language. It was already paid for, so I ate part of it. They'll never see me again.

Even though we no longer live in Essen and now live in Bottrop, we always like to come here and for us “Spring” is the best Asian restaurant to quickly get extremely tasty and inexpensive food. It always tastes great, special requests are always responded to nicely and there is always a nice contact and a little chat. Very personable. See you next time! 😊
