Unfortunately an incredibly unfriendly driver! The food is good, but I don't think I'll order from the delivery staff again!

NEVER AGAIN! Like many others, I wanted to order something here, but simply received less food than what I ordered. You can't reach anyone there either. But the money for the burger is gone. In addition, the fries were completely cold and the food took over 2 hours to get here. Absolute juice shop!

I ordered 4 burgers and 3 fries earlier, the food arrived after about 40 minutes, 30 were stated. The burgers were good, the fries were disastrously cold, so I called the head office and asked for a replacement delivery. I can give the head office 5 stars. 10 minutes later I got a call from the branch why I said that fries were missing, they were delivered. Then I made it clear again that nothing was missing, but that the fries were cold and sticky. At €3.90 per fries, they should have been at least lukewarm. Well, the replacement delivery came after another 25 minutes, whereupon the driver informed us that he had to take the old fries with him because the boss wanted it that way. The driver was nice. Of course, the old fries were already in the trash and no one told us on the phone about taking them, so we fished some out of the trash, about 2 packs, to show the driver. We then got the replacement fries. The driver is not to blame, but I think the boss's behavior is an absolute disgrace! I definitely won't order here again!
