Die besten Restaurants mit Burgerrestaurant Essen in Elmshorn

Unfortunately a disaster. The staff on site when picking up was very nice. The catastrophe came at home when we noticed that all 3 burgers were cold. The fries, on the other hand, were hot and the drink was also chilled. So we decided to warm up the burgers in our own oven and eat the hot fries while we waited. When the burgers were warm they tasted good too. When I called the phone number on the invoice "For questions and complaints..." in Munich (?) to report my complaint, I was first asked whether I hadn't checked the goods when I picked them up to see if they were warm. No I haven't. Firstly, I expect the burgers to be warm, secondly, I will not unpack and touch all of the burgers (not even those of the guests waiting at home). I was then told I should have gone back to the store to complain. By the way, then the fries would have gotten cold too. I replied that that was why I called the hotline and that I actually wanted to speak to someone from Burgerme Elmshorn and not someone from the call center in Munich. I was then told that if I ordered a pickup I could only complain in the store. If it had been a delivery, you could have called for a new, warm delivery via the hotline. But of course they forwarded my complaint. So, the lesson from the situation is, it's better not to order from BurgerMe in Elmshorn, let alone pick it up. If there is a problem, the BurgerMe call center will just hold you back. Other delivery and pick-up restaurants have behaved differently so far. Firstly, you could talk directly to the people on site and very often goodwill was shown in the form of a small discount or a portion of fries for free on the next delivery.

I also liked the food was very good and the service could be better and the ambience is fine.
