Please get rid of this loco chicken. That was money wasted. It doesn't taste good at all. It is neither crispy nor spicy. If you think it's like KFC, you're definitely wrong.

You think that when you order over the phone you are getting a full burger menu with drinks recorded, but that wasn't the case. The fries were cold, even though you had been there 10 minutes beforehand and were told it would take a while. It would have been helpful if it had been announced on the phone that card payments were not possible. This would have saved you having to travel halfway across town to the bank. There was also no mention of the fact that some of the drinks ordered over the phone were not available. The burgers were undercooked. After a few bites there was a strange raw meat taste and it was obvious that all the burgers were undercooked. The staff on site seemed disorganized. Additionally, if you paid with a 100 euro note, you were looked at disapprovingly because the machine couldn't give change. Despite understanding difficulties, it is unfortunate that the order only resulted in a waste of money and no proper enjoyment. For the money you could just as easily have gone to Burger King, where you are used to comparable service."

Ordered 4 burgers! One had a pubic hair in it, I have no idea how that could get into a burger! Otherwise very happy with food! My colleague ended up eating the burger with a bit of imagination.

The quality of the food was great, the waitresses were very friendly, highly recommended👍

Ordered via the website. That was over 2 hours ago now. Since then I have been waiting for the final order confirmation on the website. Unfortunately, no one has been available by phone for over an hour. The shop will be closing soon and I honestly don't know if I can expect my food today. Unacceptable!!
