Die besten Restaurants mit Burgerrestaurant Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. We ordered via Lieferando at around 7:30 p.m. There was no message other than the confirmation from Lieferando. The app said the order should arrive around 9 p.m. (1.5 hours later!!!). The order ended up arriving at 10:30 p.m. (3 hours later?!). No one answered the phone or responded in writing to the Instagram account. Then someone actually called with a different number than what was listed on the website or Google and said that the driver was there. He didn't have an answer as to why the number didn't work and there was no message. I'm surprised that this store even manages to compete with other suppliers...

Very tasty burger meat, delivery takes forever, price is okay

The pizza was a frozen pizza with cheese and toppings on it.. Calling the whole thing pizza is more than a presumption. Never again.

Just disappointing! Ordered several times and each time the food arrived cold and after at least 2.5 hours or it simply wasn't delivered at all. Of course, no one could be reached by phone and there was no message about delivery anywhere. Absolutely not recommended, since we only live about 13 minutes from the store, I don't want to know what it's like for other customers. Anyone who runs a store like that can actually leave it straight away

Once and never again!! The food was tasty, BUT: - I had to place the order 3 times because they didn't understand me and correct it 3 times because they forgot again - I waited over 30 minutes for 2 small dishes (doner kebab and pomm doner kebab), even though there was nothing else going on in the shop (the kebab skewer and deep fryer were out and had to be cleaned up again) - the kebab was at best a slightly larger bun - the sauces come from the tube - Cocktail sauce is simply tartar sauce (almost the same) - and the worst: the food was always touched with fingers without gloves. Meat that had fallen next to it was simply thrown back into the kebab with the fingers, and the "salad" (if you can call it that) was also placed on top individually with the fingers. Actually a case for the health department.

Do not order via app or homepage, loading is closed! The app and homepage are run by a third party... Money is still deducted via PayPal...

Ordered via the website. That was over 2 hours ago now. Since then I have been waiting for the final order confirmation on the website. Unfortunately, no one has been available by phone for over an hour. The shop will be closing soon and I honestly don't know if I can expect my food today. Unacceptable!!

Just ordered the cheeseburger menu via Lieferando. An absolutely successful burger without any big frills. Perfect taste, perfectly juicy 👍🏽 The fries look like potatoes and are to the point. In addition, a 0.5l mezzo, you can't go wrong and the whole thing for just under €15.00 is a small thaler for so much performance. The hipster joints in Düsseldorf can stink in comparison. From now on my preferred address when I need a burger 👍🏽

Waren schon des öfteren Vorort und sind es immer wieder gerne,...leckeres Essen in einer schönen Atomsphäre. Super aufmerksamer, netter Service. Schöne Specials (Freitags Burger und Whisky) und wechselnder Tageskarte! Gebe der vorherigen Bewertung Recht, man sollte reservieren, das Lokal/Restaurant ist sehr gefragt 😉

The food is really delicious.😊We have ordered a few times and will continue to order here. It really tastes great. The wraps are great and so is the pizza. You really look forward to the food.😊 Today something that was ordered was missing and was delivered immediately, quickly and easily. There was immediate friendly help and response on the phone. Great service. 😊 We can only heartily recommend the restaurant. And the times are really great too, until night. Thank you very much 🙏
