GOLD Burger & Waffle in Ratingen

Terrible❗️❗️❗️❗️ Wrong order delivered and after calling, the lady said there was nothing we could do and we had to accept it, but she offered a ridiculous voucher that we would get fries the next time we ordered. Instead of a large fries, a small one arrived and said that there would be more fries if we had ordered more.. Not recommended then go to Burger King, tastes much better than what was here

Every McDonald's burger is better. What you get delivered for the prices is a disgrace. Ordered a large portion of fries and got a small portion but for the price of a large one! On the phone you are treated like a fool and treated unfriendly. Never again. I'm looking forward to my next cheeseburger at well-known large chains!

Despite requesting a dish without onion, it was delivered with onions and even fried onions. Sauce came with me bought from the “Netto” supermarket and overall I didn’t think it was very great, so I wouldn’t order there again.

The delivery came after about 60 minutes. The burgers were cold, the meat was dry, a bun was burnt and the bacon we ordered was missing. The fries were also cold and soggy. The sour cream I ordered was not sour cream and was no longer okay. For a price of 45 euros, it's a disgrace.

Just orderd. Unfortunately you can't call. So this way. Burger was ordered without onions because I am allergic. But there are onions on it. Bacon is missing, but it doesn't matter because I can't eat the burger with onions anyway. And 10 sweet potato fries for €4.50. What are we doing there?

My order arrived after about 30 minutes, which was good, but the burger was wrong, cold, hardly any sauce on the burger and the "fries" I only started garnishing was boiled potatoes and not fries. Never again for that price!

Ordered via Lieferando, bacon and jalapeños were missing, but it was clarified over the phone and a replacement was delivered. Great service. Great treat.

Ordered a cheeseburger and a veggie burger and fries plus extras. Burgers were disappointing. Paper thin patty, confetti of cheese, no red onions, etc for the cheeseburger. The veggie burger was slightly better but mediocre. The French fries were good but it did not offset the poor impression this whole experience gave us. To add to the sore feeling the extras were missing…

Das Essen wurde in ca 45 Minuten geliefert. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Der Burger war noch warm und war sehr lecker. Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen.

Haben dort vor 2 Monaten das erste mal bestellt. Hatten jeweils einen Burger und Pommes. Die Burger waren sehr lecker und alles frisch. Sind auf die nächsten Male gespannt.

Haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt. Die 2 Waffeln waren sehr lecker! Perfekt portioniert, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig! Nach der bestellen war der Fahrer schon nach 15min da. Gerne wieder!
