Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. The first impression on site was already disappointing: the guest room seemed unhygienic and unkempt overall - sticky tables, greasy surfaces and a generally dingy impression. This raises doubts about the hygienic standards, especially in a restaurant that advertises freshly prepared food. The staff didn't seem motivated either. The employees seemed listless and didn't seem to be trying to provide the guest with a good experience. There was neither a friendly greeting nor an explanation of how to handle a voucher. The entire atmosphere was rather unwelcoming. In addition, the voucher that I used was only implemented half-heartedly. Although the offer states that two burgers including a side dish are offered for the price of one, the side dish was not taken into account as announced. More transparency and customer service would have been desirable here. Overall, unfortunately not a pleasant experience - both in terms of the atmosphere and the service. I hope the team takes this criticism as motivation to improve. There is potential, but it is currently not being used.

It was a very very very tasty meal. The seats were very clean. Service was very nice and peaceful. I am very happy with it.

UPDATE!: They followed up their comment and contacted me privately. They were explanatory and helpful. They also offered me different ways to compensate for the bad experience that I had so, I am updating my review. --English-- I just survived the worst burger of my life. None of the ingredients were fresh—the tomatoes were almost yellow, the lettuce was nearly brown, and one of the buns was burnt, probably from being microwaved. The patties were completely dry, with no juice in them. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to wait 90 minutes on top of it all. No apologies, no money back, no nothing. This place was decent a couple of weeks ago, but now it’s an absolute disgrace. Honestly, shutting it down would be an act of public service. --German-- I just survived the worst burger of my life.
