Haben um 11:15 Uhr für 12 Uhr bestellt kam erst um 12:35 Uhr an die Pizza Kartons sind schon aufgeweicht und meine Knoblauchsauce wurde nicht mitgeliefert ich bestelle hier nie wieder

Früher habe ich hier gerne bestellt. Mittlerweile ist die Qualität der Pizzen schlechter geworden und zum wiederholten Male wurden Teile der Bestellungen vergessen. Ich werde nach den letzten Versuchen hier wohl nicht mehr bestellen. :/ Der Lieferservice war stets freundlich, das möchte ich noch hervorheben! Auch, dass vegetarische Gerichte und Pizzen auf einen Blick sichtbar sind, gefiel mir immer gut.

Fahrer sehr respektlos will nicht aus dem Auto aussteigen obwohl Klingelname und nr gesagt wurde und hält eine Party Pizza vertikal so das das Essen nicht mehr genieß Bar war nie wieder wird da bestellt sehr sehr schlecht

So eine staubtrockene Party Pizza für 30€ ich hätte mich geschämt sowas zu liefern … kaum Soße kaum Käse was soll ich sagen einfach schlecht !

Lieferung war überpünktlich, der Fahrer sehr nett, und das Essen wirklich richtig gut und sehr lecker. Habe das erste Mal bestellt und es wird wohl nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Bin echt begeistert. Danke und ein Kompliment an die Küche und den Fahrer. 🥰

Wow. Eine der schlechtesten Pizzen die ich je hatte. Sie schmeckt, ja, aber jede, ausnahmslos jede, TK-Pizza aus dem Supermarkt schmeckt besser. Dem Teig nach zu urteilen (Konsistenz, Aussehen, Geschmack) handelt es sich höchstwahrscheinlich auch um keine frische Pizza, sondern um ein Tiefkühlprodukt

Alle im Büro waren satt und glücklich. Es wurde mehrmals gefragt, wo die Pizzen bestellt wurden. Die Lieferung kam viel früher als geplant. Vielen Dank!

Es handelt sich um einen Lieferservice. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, die Speisen vor Ort zu verzehren. Ist nur zum Bestellen oder Abholung geeignet.

Früher war es immer sehr gut, jetzt wird der Lieferdienst immer schlechter. Letzte Woche habe ich ein falsches Schnitzel erhalten und heute haben zum wiederholten Mal die Brötchen zum Salat gefehlt, obwohl ich das bei der Bestellung noch erwähnt hatte. :(

Sehr leckere Pizza und schnelle Lieferung, ich kann sie empfehlen, der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber in Ordnung.

Despite pre-ordering well in advance for an important team meeting, the pizzas arrived over 40 minutes late – and, of course, cold. As if that weren't enough, the wrong pizza was delivered, and the driver didn't have a wallet with him, so he couldn't give any change, yet still demanded full price. This isn't just unprofessional, it's downright outrageous. When placing a company order, you expect reliability – nothing about this was right. After this experience, we will definitely never order from them again and cannot recommend this restaurant in any way.

What this "delivery service" is pulling is a joke—albeit a bad one. Order placed at 9:15 p.m., still no pizza at 10:25 p.m. Instead: radio silence. I tried calling at least 10-20 times, but each time I hung up. Kindergarten-level customer service—or rather, none at all. If you treat customers like this, you'd better close the pizzeria before you upset even more people. Absolutely terrible, never again!

Wir haben vor kurzem für unser Team bei Latina in Darmstadt Essen bestellt und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lieferung war pünktlich, alles kam vollständig und frisch an. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der großzügigen Portionsgröße und dem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auch geschmacklich war das Essen top – alle waren begeistert. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pizza is okay. Worse is the intrusive advertising, even though a sign on the mailbox indicates that they don't want any.

I called today to place an order, but the employee told me, while he was taking my order, that they were about to close. I think it's a real cheek for a restaurant that's only been open for an hour to decide to close the shop just because they don't feel like working, and on top of that, to just hang up when I asked why he didn't tell me beforehand that they were about to close instead of letting me place my order. Very unprofessional behavior from the employee.

The pizza and salad were okay, but one salad was delivered incorrectly. When I called, they said they would deliver the correct salad later. But it never arrived. Disappointing.

Best meal I've ever ordered (noodles with chicken and cream sauce). Even the chicken nuggets are exceptionally good 😂.

Pizza has nothing to do with authentic Italian cuisine. A pre-made crust, little tomato sauce, and mostly salty cheese. It's greasy and flavorless. A party pizza that's adequate for a party, but questionable for solo consumption. Plus points for the fast delivery.

I ordered pizza with friends few days ago and we were all poisoned for few days awfully. It says to be latino but none of the workers are latino and seems to be Indian. So I assume when someone is having a restaurant with a name of that specific culture, the cook at least should be latino for original recipe. Never recommend !!

A nice delivery service with fast food. Nothing is freshly made, everything is convenience. Pizza bases are not homemade, they are ready-made bases. But ok for now and then. Delivery is always very fast.

I placed an order with your shop, paid for it, but never received the delivery. Despite waiting, there has been no update or refund issued. This is unacceptable. I expect either the order to be delivered immediately or a full refund to be processed.

The Pizzeria Latino in Darmstadt impresses with authentic Italian cuisine, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are freshly prepared and taste great. Price-performance ratio also fits. Always my pleasure!

By far the worst pizza I've eaten in a long time.

Overall it was a good pizza, but the dough was a bit thick. The pepperoni sausage is nice and spicy and the pizza is generally well topped.

Yesterday we had a spontaneous visitor and we quickly ordered a party pizza. Dough too raw - not baked through. Pizza with no taste as if you were just eating dough and so extremely dry. The size of the party pizza has shrunk quite a bit. The pizza was so bad that I even felt uncomfortable when I saw the guests' faces. Never again!

I have been ordering from Latino for over 20 years. No. 410 is simply the best casserole you can order in Darmstadt. It's downright addictive, I've made many other people addicted to it 😅 Latino also has a very fair service. If something goes wrong, like today, new food is brought out without any discussion. Latino, always happy!

When ordering for the first time, CALL was added to the comments. Now the entire time it was stated that the bell was ringing at the top of the front door, but every time the bell rang in the whole house. That absolutely can't be the case. You should probably take out the automatic comment! And make it clear to the drivers that they should take a look at it!! Unbelievable really. Anyone who can read has a clear advantage.

I have ordered from Pizza Latino several times, but last time my order was delivered 2 hours late. The driver explained that the reason was a road closure. (really 2 hour closure in the city center 🙄) Today I ordered a party pizza, but old chicken was used on it, not fresh, it tasted bad. Please be careful - Pizza Latino no longer works diligently.

Standard pizza. Ready-made and not fresh side dishes… The good reviews enticed us to eat there. We wouldn't eat there again.

We ordered 3 pizzas and they sent them to the wrong address. So instead of making us new pizzas... they collected the old cold half eaten pizzas from the other address and tried bringing them too us and pretended they were new pizzas??, All three pizzas were stone cold and one even had a slice missing that was eaten by the people at the other address! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

We've been ordering from Latino for quite a long time, but yesterday we decided to stop. The reason for this is that it is now the second time that we have found a dead insect in the pizza, which in itself is borderline bad, and the pizza bread is often not baked properly and is a bit raw or over-baked . I really hope that something is being done about hygiene there because if I find INSECTS in the pizza dough for the second time even though we order at most once a month, I don't want to know what the condition of their kitchen is. The pizza here is simply great ;) The dough is nice and crispy, the ingredients are fresh and everything is super tasty. The selection is large, there are both classic and more unusual pizzas, so there is something for everyone. I particularly like that the pizza is always perfectly prepared. The employees are friendly and the price-performance ratio is also good. I order here regularly and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

I ordered at 7:20 p.m. food arrived at 8:25 p.m. and the pasta wasn't the one I ordered. I called and the gentleman said that the driver had mixed up the food then I had to wait another 20 minutes for my correct order :/

unfortunately it's a shame that the lasagna is sold for 10 euros! This lasagna is bought at Rewe for 1.89 euros. You should really be ashamed of that, because doing it yourself is no art and then charging over 8 euros more... crazy! I know this from a reliable source! A Latino driver was also seen buying loads of lasagna from Rewe.

Normally I'm very happy with Latino. The food tastes very tasty and the service was always good. But the last time I ordered I was massively disappointed with the service!! It is an absolute disgrace that if you pay in advance and agree on a fixed delivery time and place in the store, the agreement is not kept! When you ask the owner on the phone, you are repeatedly told off until the next day in an unfriendly tone. A new delivery date was then agreed by telephone. And this appointment was not kept either, half an hour later we called and were told that the delivery would be coming soon. 1(!) hour later the delivery arrived!! You can really lose your appetite. And it's incredibly sad that you can't even meet the customer!

If it were possible to not give a star and still be able to leave a review, I would. This is the tenth time the order is incorrect. Something is always missing, be it cutlery or an ingredient. Then this is billed separately, even though it is included in the price of the dish. Then you will be charged more, even though it is delivered to a company and you get a company discount. Were regular customers, now never again!!!!!

Unfortunately, over the years Latino has declined a lot. I have ordered there a lot since my last post. Unfortunately, I personally don't like the pizzas and schnitzels anymore. The pasta dishes are still what I like best. However, the pizzas taste a little better if you order them in the large party version. Delivery is really fast. We'll see, I'll test the company again at some point in the hope that it gets better.

Salad comes without sauce, a friendly complaint is not answered. Nothing seems to matter.

Quality equals rubbish. The pizza uses industrially produced ready-made dough, tomato sauce is just cheap tomato paste, and cheese is analogue cheese. There's no need to talk about the ingredients anymore. The reviews must be largely fake, I recommend taking a look before ordering. I have attached a few screenshots, a comment describes how she got eyes from the pizza delivery guy, everything is clear. There is a lot of abuse of competition going on here. 30€ was completely wasted, not even enough for dog food and could only be thrown away straight away. Anyone who has 4.6 stars and delivers food like this, sorry, but in my opinion that is a fraudulent deception.

Ordered at work, my colleague didn't like the pizza.. My colleague's pizza bread was too dry..my Bolognese schnitzel only tasted like tomato paste. Minced meat was also disgusting..almost everything was thrown away. On April 1st, 2024 I ordered another XXL parmesan schnitzel. Ready-made schnitzel from the supermarket was thawed, it wasn't even cooked properly, it was simply dry without sauce, just with a little cheese on top and tomato paste was thrown into the box. I won't be ordering anything there again.

Now for the second time my salad order (large) was delivered without pizza rolls...

Unlied, I got the worst pizza and the worst schnitzel at the same time that I have ever ordered/eaten in my life. Pasta was overcooked and the tomato sauce on the schnitzel as well as the pizza was just pure tomato paste and that felt like a standard penny tk defrosted schnitzel in bad overall Paid €25, everything tasted dry and sour, I have no idea where the good reviews came from

We have been ordering from Pizza Latino for years and have always been very satisfied. Yesterday an order for over 70 euros and all the pizzas tasted like they had been on the road for an hour in the warming box. Inedible... won't be ordering there again anytime soon.

After 2 hours, i called to find out if my food is coming or not , and she just said that doesn't speak English and she just hung up.

The delivery person was not only extremely punctual, but also extremely attractive and fit. His easygoing smile and athletic figure really caught my attention. His presence definitely spiced up my evening and I even thought about ordering something else straight away. The sight of him had excited me so much that I couldn't resist taking a little time out for myself afterwards. Overall, the delivery was not only very satisfactory but also an extremely pleasant experience. I am really impressed by the attractiveness and charisma of the delivery person and would definitely recommend this delivery service - just because of the lovely delivery people!

Ich kann die ganzen guten Rezensionen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe eine Pizza mit Salami und Pilzen bestellt, dazu Knoblauchsoße. Kam heiß an und das war auch schon das beste am ganzen. Pilze waren aus der Dose, aufgeweicht, wässrig und mit dem schön leicht gelben Touch. Knoblauchsoße statt separat oder über der Pizza verteilt, war UNTER dem Käse mit eingebacken. Absolut ekelhaft.

Habe die pizza mit salami schinken und pilzen bestellt. Die sauce war zu salzig und hatte so einen komischen geschmack dass ich mir ne andere pizza bestellt hab weil ich die nicht essen konnte obeohl ich quasi am verhungern war. Zu dem war der schinken auch bodenlos ekelhaft und es war zu viel sauce auf der pizza

Gelieferte Pizza war lauwarm. Qualität eher mäßig.Fahrer hat weder gegrüßt noch sich fürs Trinkgeld bedankt. Lieferung kostet 1,90€, was okay ist, dann kann man sich für den Tipp bedanken. Würde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

This was, by far, the worst pizza I ever had. Tasted like cardboard and wasn't even somewhat edible with additional sauce. It was dry and had a rude amount of toppings (in the sense that they were barely present). We ordered a big sized pizza that was so expensive compared to what was on it that 97% of the price must've been pure profit. Never again, my friend and I are still joking about that horrible pizza

Leider muss man diesen einen Stern geben heute Nudeln bestellt für 13€ hab gefragt warum so teuer antwortet der Mitarbeiter mir eiskalt mit Bro Aldi kannst dir Nudeln für 3 Euro holen so respektlos und unfreundlich gewesen

Ich habe mir dort eine Pizza gekauft. Fazit: die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Kein Geschmack, keine Gewürze, wenig Tomatensoße, der Teig total geschmacklos und fettig. Den Laden werde ich nie wieder betreten. Jede TK Pizza hat mehr Geschmack. 💯 Schrott !!

Eine Schnitzel war unten komplett angebrannt und die andere Schnitzel hatte einen sehr merkwürdigen Nachgeschmack, der sehr eklig war.

Einfach nur ekelhaft dieser Schuppen !! Nicht zu empfehlen Essen Matsch und ohne Geschmack

Seit über 10 Jahren für uns der beste Pizzalieferservice der Stadt, wir sind schon Kunde, da war die Filiale in der Kahlertstr. 😆 Mehr als zu empfehlen

War Mal sehr gut. Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren hier meine Pizzen oder Schnitzel. Das Essen wurde immer schnell geliefert und war sehr lecker. Doch was mir bei meiner letzten Bestellung geliefert wurde war leider sehr sehr schlecht. Der Pizzateig ist jetzt ein industriell gefertigter Pizzateig, kann jeder leihe sofort sehen. Früher gab es frische Champignons, jetzt sind die aus der Dose. Auch hat man wohl an der Sugo und dem Käse gespart. Der Käse sieht aus und schmeckt nach Analogkäse. Ich habe mir noch eine Portion Nuggets bestellt, die von einer sehr schlechte Qualität waren. Sie hatten die Konsistenz von Gummi, und wurden wohl im Ofen und nicht in der Friteuse zubereitet. Habe von beiden nur die Hälfte essen können. Alles in allem bin ich sehr enttäuscht von Latino, und werde hier wohl nichts mehr bestellen. Ich bin wirklich kein Feinschmecker, aber im Zukunft mach ich mir lieber eine TK Pizza bevor ich hier nochmal bestelle. Schade, war Mal einer von den besseren Lieferdiensten in Darmstadt.

Nachdem die erste Bestellung leider unvollständig war und ein Essen sogar falsch geliefert wurde, hatte ich eine Gutschrift erhalten. Die nächste Bestellung war dann fehlerfrei und gut zubereitet. Von daher alles ok.
