A very tasty burger, exactly what you'd expect from a Smash Burger. Jamy's in Frankfurt (Main) doesn't even come close to this quality. Whether regular or sweet potato fries, both are super crispy. Add a homemade lemonade, and the combo is perfect. The service is always super helpful and friendly. The plants, which separate the outdoor seating area from the crowds and the daily hustle and bustle, also make you feel at home while eating outside.

Jette Hofmann in the service was really absolutely great, there is no better service in Darmstadt. The food is also solid

The food was very good but the waitresses were terrible, we waited over 40 minutes until we could pay and let them know that we wanted to pay and still had to wait forever to pay

Nice place! Friendly staff! But the prices impressed me! Lucky I didn't invite friends with their kids too🙃! If you want to go to the toilet, I'd suggest you do it before eating. I don't think the toilets are checked regularly. Everything else is ok.

Best burger place ever! 10/10 Incredibly juicy burgers, fresh ingredients and perfect buns – every detail is just right. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Anyone looking for real burger love will be absolutely happy here. Absolute recommendation!

Food was very tasty. My friend and I had this “Smoke Attack” burger that was very crunchy. Juicy but not greasy. The sweet potato fries went well with the sauce that came with them. The homemade lemon-mint lemonade was good, but could have been more “lemony” for my taste. It was sweeter than expected, but I still enjoyed drinking it :) You can definitely do it again and recommend it. It is easy to reach by bus and tram. When the weather is nice, it's fine to sit outside, but you have to expect a lot of passers-by since it's in the pedestrian zone. Inside it is beautifully decorated with a dark lush green, definitely well exposed for aesthetic photos.

It's a great place, but we tried to order a Whiskey on the spot as many bottles were set up but obviously only as an exhibition or decoration. It could really do something to the place if you served it as they exhibited

Never had a bad burger at Jamy's. I had a few instances that orders were not completely correct or something was forgotten, but I blame that more on being understaffed at peak times. Yes, the prices are high, but let's be realistic, who goes out and eats a high-end burger everyday? I just have never had a burger and fries as good as at Jamy's.

The restaurant is very nice and modernly designed and the staff is very quick and very friendly, the food came in less than 10 minutes wow record time definitely worth a visit!

Food arrived cold, ordered at 4:30 p.m. received at 6:40 p.m. I can't believe they forgot all the sweet potato fries too. Stay away from the store.

You should definitely bring some time with you during prime time, otherwise everything is perfect.

If you already offer delivery, then pack your food properly. Never seen such junk before. McDonalds deserves Michelin stars against you

Ordered via Lieferando. The delivery time was always set back by 10 minutes after an hour. After more than 2 hours, Jamys Burger suddenly canceled the order. Nobody could be reached by phone either. It doesn't work at all!

The food was ok. But the delivery coordinatio really bad. We ordered at 18:30 and the food just arrived at 20:30, 2 hours?!? It’s what too much. Weirdly enough, when we called Jamys they said they haven’t received our order, but 15’ after the Lieferando driver arrived with our order saying he was told to pick up the order at 20:00. Mmm weird.

Everything was great!! We were there at a relatively busy time, but our waitress Asli did everything great! I can't rave enough about the food :)

I went to Jamy’s Burger in Darmstadt with my friends to celebrate a birthday and it was great! The atmosphere was modern and cozy (perfect for a relaxing evening). I would particularly like to highlight the waitress Asli, who was incredibly friendly, gave us the best advice and made the evening even more pleasant. The burgers were juicy and fresh, the fries were crispy and the homemade sauce was a real highlight. Overall, a great experience with great food, top service and a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Yesterday I was at Jamy’s Burger in Darmstadt again and, as always, the food was delicious. But what really made the visit special was the service – and I have Aslı to thank for that! Not only is she incredibly friendly, but she is also always attentive and ensures that every guest feels comfortable. No matter how busy it is, she remains professional, always has a smile, and delivers orders quickly and in a good mood. You can just tell she loves her job! Thanks to her, you don’t just feel like a guest at Jamy’s, you feel really welcome. Big praise to Aslı – and of course to the rest of the team! I'd love to come back.

I went to Jamy’s Burgers and had a great experience. The team was friendly throughout, and Asli was particularly impressive with her great service. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was simply great - the Colorido Fries in particular were my absolute favorite!

Ordered a veggie burger, got one with bacon on it :(( That’s the ONLY thing that, to me, is unacceptable. Super disappointed and couldn’t eat that burger.

Jamy's is my absolute favorite place to eat burgers and fries. I love the “Goat me” burher, which is only available here. In general, all burgers are generously topped and you can add additional toppings of your choice. The fries are hot and crispy and I'm really into the truffle mayonnaise. This is also unique. The service people are always very friendly and attentive and the prices are reasonable for this good quality. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and beautiful, I just don't like all the artificial plants, but I understand that it's not possible to keep so many real plants alive in the place. My only real, albeit tiny, criticism I have is that the paper napkins are way too thin. The burgers are so juicy that you simply need too many napkins to wipe your fingers clean. But there is a washroom, so it's really on a very high level ;-) By the way, you can also order and pick up your food or have it delivered to your home. The packaging is then even reasonably sustainable.

Ordered 4 hours ago, nothing arrived. I ordered Peer Apple Pay and paid directly. The cancellation came about 4 hours later. What can I say I went to bed hungry... I want my money back, I paid €40.18… Pure impudence. If you forget to call, no one will answer it no matter how many times you call... Total impudence.

Great burger restaurant in downtown Darmstadt, with very friendly staff (even accommodates special requests) and delicious food. I always enjoy coming here, not least because of the cozy atmosphere!

Despite being busy on Friday evening, the team was very attentive and friendly and the food arrived super quickly, we'd be happy to do so again!

Great ambience and delicious food. The staff was very attentive and warm. There was even some popcorn with the drink as a small greeting from the kitchen. We felt extremely comfortable!

The staff was friendly, but not very attentive. Cards are sticky and worn. The taste of the burger was okay, but the patty was way too thin. Here the meat was saved at the expense of a good burger. Of course I didn't weigh it, but I think that was better.

Nothing special. Patties quite small for the price. After half the burger all I had left was salad, sauce and cheese. Price performance inadequate.

The ambience was nice, you felt comfortable because the shop wasn't very busy, but I can imagine that it would be different on other days and then I would feel cramped if every table was occupied. The food was excellent, I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. High price, you can't do that every day, but the taste is actually convincing, which is why you're happy to pay! I'd love to come back.

We were warmly welcomed. Our order was taken quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The homemade lemonade is highly recommended. The atmosphere seemed cozy and inviting. Two stars deducted for the “dry aged beef”, which is completely lost on the burgers, which is a shame, we had hoped for more. We'll give the shop another chance and hope for better patties next time we visit.

I've been here a few times before and the food tasted amazing as always! It was quite busy, but despite that the staff provided us with a spot near the entrance to wait until a table was available, which only took about 10 minutes. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant was very chill and the low lights and ivy hanging from the ceiling were very calming. The only thing that was a minus point, and not the restaurant's fault perse, was that it was quite loud due to how busy it was, making it a little difficult to hear to people I was with. I can absolutely recommend this restaurant!

I ordered a chicken burger from here, the patty was very small and unacceptable compared to the rest of the burger, so little taste that you only notice the overly sweet buns. 3 stars because I haven't tried anything else, definitely not recommended for people who know what a good chicken burget is.

I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The location and ambience are really nice and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately our visit was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed - the table was still dirty from the previous guests and was only cleaned after being asked to do so. We only received menu cards afterwards and it took another 15 minutes before we could order. The burgers took 40 minutes to arrive, but unfortunately arrived ice cold. The fries were in the deep fryer for too long and therefore way too hard. It's a shame because the location itself is really great. Hopefully the service will improve in the future.

Burgers are my favorite food and it used to be a struggle to find a good American style burger here in Germany. Jamys burgers are amazing and the restaurant is very nice and cozy. Could have been brighter in there but it's nice. They season and cook the burgers perfectly and smash them a little like you should. The buns are brioche I think and very good. I get the burger with egg and BBQ sauce and the BBQ sauce tastes like American sauce. When I order delivery from them, it is always packaged nice and fresh. The fries are very good as well.

We went to Jamy's Burgers for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. The food came quickly and tasted good - only the burger was a little cold, so points were deducted. The location and ambience were great - definitely recommended!

Super tasty food, but the service is subpar. You are placed and then left on the dry side for what feels like forever. The service staff also doesn't notice that you're sitting in front of empty glasses and don't ask if you want to order anything else. It's a shame, but there is a need for further training.

Great restaurant! The atmosphere is very nice and calm, the music is pleasant. The homemade lemonades were all very good and I can highly recommend the Portobello Burger. Especially our waiter Elias made the visit memorable😊 cool guy!
