One of the fries arrived cold at the table, which can happen. The service was excellent and they immediately brought a new one.

The food was delicious, the Portobello burger was even really good for vegetarians! The truffle fries were tasty, but the portion was simply too small for the price. The drinks were delicious with ice. The one-star deduction is for the popcorn machine; it smells quite nice at first, but after a short time, the heavy smell of popcorn and burnt butter lingers and never goes away.

One of the best burgers in the city. I had hallaumi burger and sweet potato french fries. Liked the french fries most. The service of staff is really nice. Also the food waiting time is less. Recommended to go weekdays for less crowd as weekend will be crowded. Waiting time is bit high

The burgers taste very good, and it's a wonderful change to have a large burger that you can actually bite into without dislocating your jaw like a snake. The ambiance is also top-notch; the soft lighting is great and makes the massage ceiling decoration seem far less intrusive than you might think from pictures.

The Burger with Ziegenkäse and Rotebeete is amazing! And the lemonades are worth it, although they have increased the price lately.

[Migrating review from old account. Visited March 2020] Genuinely one of the best burgers I've ever had -- no joke! (I had "Smoke Attack".) I didn't have any sides or anything, so can't comment on those. Had a virgin mojito which was quite nice, but rather ice-heavy. Not a great vegetarian selection and only one vegan option. Still can't bring it off 5*s, though: the burger was that good.

Highly recommended! The ambiance is beautiful with warm, orange lighting and lots of dark green tones. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and both the burger, fries, and lemonade were delicious! While there's only one vegan burger to choose from, it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Burger + 0.5l lemonade + fries ≈ €25-30.

Very tasty burgers, we had three different ones and they were all very good! The spicy mayo-chili sauce was also quite spicy and tasty! The fries were also very good (a bit too salty for my taste). But the atmosphere and food were very nice and overall highly recommended!

Jamy’s Burger is one of the better burger spots in Darmstadt. The patties are juicy, the buns soft, and there are plenty of hoices. The atmosphere is stylish and cozy, with lots of detail put into the interior. Service is usually friendly, though it can slow down during busy hours. The only downside: it’s a bit on the pricey side compared to other local burger places. Still, if you don’t mind paying a little extra for quality and ambiance, it’s a great place to treat yourself.

Wow! Amazingly friendly service. The young, dark-haired woman went out of her way to help us and was so genuinely friendly that she deserves an extra star. The burgers, coleslaw, and loaded fries were delicious. I opted for the Smash Burger based on a recommendation. It was crispy and delicious. I was glad I did, because I'm not a fan of dry-aged beef at all (sorry, it's a personal thing), which you can taste more strongly in a regular burger. But there would have been a wide selection of alternatives otherwise (chicken, veggie options, etc.). The homemade lemonades were also delicious. We'll be back!

The burgers were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The truffle fries were outstanding 👌🏻, definitely a must-try! Their signature juice was refreshing and good, though I think it could be a bit more flavorful. The atmosphere was really nice, and the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the prices were on the higher side. Overall, I would still recommend giving them a try for the great food and warm service.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was rude. We got something we hadn't ordered. When I kindly pointed it out to the waitress, she rolled her eyes and took it away. After that, she was probably talking about us, because she was pointing her finger at us and waving her arms around wildly. It's a bit of a shame considering the good food ruined our day.

The food is okay, but way too expensive. There are other places that are much cheaper than Jamy's Burger. Service is friendly, but €13.90 is way too expensive for a burger. On top of that, everything is extra. Addendum: I was charged an extra €4 for a tip, even though I didn't leave one. (EC card bill) Not recommended.

The lunch menu isn't available on weekends, so the text on the board outside the restaurant isn't accurate. It's generally expensive, and you won't really get enough to eat (around €30 per person). You can tip, but it's presented in a rather exclusive way—it's up to you, but you feel a bit pressured, as people are waiting right there until you pay. I don't wait in front of the kitchen for my food either...

Probably the best burger restaurant in this region. I ordered the Cheese Explosion via UberEats, and the burger and fries arrived extremely fresh, warm, and delicious, probably thanks in part to the excellent packaging. That's not something you can take for granted, especially when ordering. I highly recommend it!

Food was ok, but nothing special. If you let them deliver the food to you, dont get a drink. they almost always forget it and wont give you the money back. Also no helping at all with problems or missing items of an order.

Beautiful restaurant! If you want to eat delicious burgers, Jamy's Burger in Darmstadt is the place to go. Their homemade lemonade is a dream. Plus, the friendly staff provides heartfelt service.

Jamy's is my absolute favorite place for burgers and fries. I love the "Goat Me" burger, which is only available here. Generally, all burgers are generously topped, and you can add other toppings of your choice. The fries are hot and crispy, and I absolutely adore the truffle mayonnaise. This is also unique. The waiters are always very friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable for such good quality. The ambiance is quite pleasant and nice; I'm not a big fan of all the artificial plants, but I understand that it's not possible to keep so many real plants alive in the restaurant. My only real, albeit tiny, criticism is the paper napkins, which are far too thin. The burgers are so juicy that you simply need too many napkins to wipe your fingers clean. But there is a washroom, so that's a really high level of complaining ;-) By the way, you can also order and pick up your food, or have it delivered to your home. The packaging is even somewhat sustainable.
