Great burger restaurant in downtown Darmstadt, with very friendly staff (even accommodates special requests) and delicious food. I always enjoy coming here, not least because of the cozy atmosphere!

Despite being busy on Friday evening, the team was very attentive and friendly and the food arrived super quickly, we'd be happy to do so again!

Great ambience and delicious food. The staff was very attentive and warm. There was even some popcorn with the drink as a small greeting from the kitchen. We felt extremely comfortable!

The staff was friendly, but not very attentive. Cards are sticky and worn. The taste of the burger was okay, but the patty was way too thin. Here the meat was saved at the expense of a good burger. Of course I didn't weigh it, but I think that was better.

So the food was very tasty and Lucy is a very good employee ❤️

Nothing special. Patties quite small for the price. After half the burger all I had left was salad, sauce and cheese. Price performance inadequate.

The ambience was nice, you felt comfortable because the shop wasn't very busy, but I can imagine that it would be different on other days and then I would feel cramped if every table was occupied. The food was excellent, I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. High price, you can't do that every day, but the taste is actually convincing, which is why you're happy to pay! I'd love to come back.

The experience is superb, as is the food. The waiters and all the staff are smiling, helpful and accommodating. All praise and recommendation.

We were warmly welcomed. Our order was taken quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The homemade lemonade is highly recommended. The atmosphere seemed cozy and inviting. Two stars deducted for the “dry aged beef”, which is completely lost on the burgers, which is a shame, we had hoped for more. We'll give the shop another chance and hope for better patties next time we visit.

Very friendly service and very tasty food, the sweet potato fries are not too soft and nice and crispy, the own lemonades are also super refreshing. Overall, highly recommended.

I've been here a few times before and the food tasted amazing as always! It was quite busy, but despite that the staff provided us with a spot near the entrance to wait until a table was available, which only took about 10 minutes. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant was very chill and the low lights and ivy hanging from the ceiling were very calming. The only thing that was a minus point, and not the restaurant's fault perse, was that it was quite loud due to how busy it was, making it a little difficult to hear to people I was with. I can absolutely recommend this restaurant!

I ordered a chicken burger from here, the patty was very small and unacceptable compared to the rest of the burger, so little taste that you only notice the overly sweet buns. 3 stars because I haven't tried anything else, definitely not recommended for people who know what a good chicken burget is.

I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The location and ambience are really nice and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately our visit was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed - the table was still dirty from the previous guests and was only cleaned after being asked to do so. We only received menu cards afterwards and it took another 15 minutes before we could order. The burgers took 40 minutes to arrive, but unfortunately arrived ice cold. The fries were in the deep fryer for too long and therefore way too hard. It's a shame because the location itself is really great. Hopefully the service will improve in the future.

Burgers are my favorite food and it used to be a struggle to find a good American style burger here in Germany. Jamys burgers are amazing and the restaurant is very nice and cozy. Could have been brighter in there but it's nice. They season and cook the burgers perfectly and smash them a little like you should. The buns are brioche I think and very good. I get the burger with egg and BBQ sauce and the BBQ sauce tastes like American sauce. When I order delivery from them, it is always packaged nice and fresh. The fries are very good as well.

We went to Jamy's Burgers for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. The food came quickly and tasted good - only the burger was a little cold, so points were deducted. The location and ambience were great - definitely recommended!

Could benefit from a deeper beer menu. Decent wine selection, but not a great match for hamburgers.

Super tasty food, but the service is subpar. You are placed and then left on the dry side for what feels like forever. The service staff also doesn't notice that you're sitting in front of empty glasses and don't ask if you want to order anything else. It's a shame, but there is a need for further training.

Great restaurant! The atmosphere is very nice and calm, the music is pleasant. The homemade lemonades were all very good and I can highly recommend the Portobello Burger. Especially our waiter Elias made the visit memorable😊 cool guy!

I ordered the burger through the Lieferando app, and after a full hour of waiting, the order was canceled by a message. This is very embarrassing, the delivery service is not good at all. It's unreasonable for me to wait an hour for my food and then just get the cancellation.

Food top Service takes a long time and depends on the cell phone We wanted to eat quickly and it took 2 hours

I ordered today via Lieferando and already specified a later delivery period. The end result was that my delivery date was postponed by 7 minutes for 2 hours. After a total of over 3.5 hours of waiting, I had Lieferando cancel the order. This is no way to treat your customers. A phone call with a realistic delivery time would have been enough. Instead, you make customers wait and wait. I don't order here anymore.

Had the melted goat. It would have been great but sadly the Angus beef paddy was just a catastrophic dissapotment. A Thin dry mush of CHARRED meat. maybe I just got unlucky 😔 but 17€ I expect more

Great restaurant to eat burgers! The meat is very tasty, as are the fries. Overall very good burger. The service is also top and the atmosphere is inviting and calm. The negative point is the fact that you have to pay extra for ketchup/mayo and per portion. A bit exaggerated given the already high prices.

My girlfriend placed an order through Lieferando, which I picked up. At home we discovered that two portions of sweet potato fries worth €11.80 were missing. We then contacted Lieferando, but received no response. So we went straight to the restaurant to clarify the matter and ask if we could be refunded the money or the missing products. But we were denied any compensation. The employee was passive-aggressive and just said that it wasn't his problem because the order went through Lieferando. We should contact Lieferando. I have never felt so let down and rejected. I had assumed that they would simply hand over the missing goods to us and the matter would be settled. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Very disappointing!

The food is really tasty but also very expensive + the feeling that you have saved money. Burgers were great but the patty on them was tiny compared to the burger. For 15€ you should expect more. The side fries were also very tasty but you pay an extra 6.90+ dip. There I am at Bürger with fries (which didn't fill me up) at €24 + drinks €9.90 for what feels like an alcohol-free cocktail. You have a great concept and the quality is right, but you just can't save money everywhere. A little larger portions or more patty, a little more booze in the cocktail and the price is more reasonable. (PS €6.90 for a beer is of course also Oktoberfest price) :D Service was very nice.

My favorite burger restaurant in Darmstadt! Despite the inflation adjustment, the price remains fair. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and larger groups can easily be accommodated. Reservations are not necessary, but in winter you should aim for a table inside. Of course the food is simply incredible – highly recommended!

The taste of the food was good, but the meat patty was so thin that you couldn't taste the meat in the amount of sauce. The avocado sauce on the fries didn't taste good. I think if I took the ice cubes out of the spritz there wouldn't be much left. For the price you would have expected something better. In itself it is a beautiful location.
