The burgers and side dishes were absolutely delicious. A bowl of salted popcorn is placed on the table as a welcome, which is a very nice touch...and certainly encourages the consumption of drinks. The service is super friendly and very attentive. All in all, a perfect lunch.

A pretty good burger place in Darmstadt if you’re looking for something more special than McDonald’s or KFC. It’s right in the center at Luisenplatz. Tasty burgers with plenty of vegetarian options. The homemade soft drinks are also quite impressive.

20 minutes of no service! We stopped by a few weeks ago on a Wednesday evening. We were greeted at the front desk and taken straight to a table. After a few minutes, we had already dialed and were waiting for the server to take our order. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes later - nothing. That was enough for me; we went up the street to a pizzeria and ordered and received our food within 10 minutes. I understand that things can get chaotic sometimes when it's busy. But any manager, even an untrained one, with a few time management skills can handle a situation like this. Train your people better, because in my opinion, this shouldn't happen. If you need help, I'm happy to help.

I used to be really impressed by Jamie's Burgers – but what they're delivering these days is simply a disgrace. I paid €16.50 for a burger, and it was by far one of the worst I've ever eaten. The meat was soft and completely flavorless, the bun was flabby and barely toasted. Far too much lettuce, tomatoes sliced ​​way too thick, and the sauce? Almost nonexistent. And the worst part: The price doesn't match the quality at all. There's simply nothing right about it anymore. If you compare it to other burger joints – and there are a lot of really good ones these days – Jamie's falls flat. I work a lot with people in the food industry, including influencers, and I will definitely share this experience. Places like this have to take some criticism. Jamie's Burger used to be really good – now it's just sad. I certainly won't order from there again – and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Very tasty burger, just like you would imagine a smash burger to be. The Jamy's in FFM doesn't even come close to this quality. Whether normal or sweet potato fries, both are super crispy. Add a homemade lemonade and the combination is perfect. The service is always super helpful and friendly. The plants, which separate the outdoor seating area from the crowds and daily hustle and bustle, also make you feel comfortable eating outside.

Nice place! Friendly staff! But the prices impressed me! Lucky I didn't invite friends with their kids too🙃! If you want to go to the toilet, I'd suggest you do it before eating. I don't think the toilets are checked regularly. Everything else is ok.

Food was very tasty. My friend and I had this “Smoke Attack” burger that was very crunchy. Juicy but not greasy. The sweet potato fries went well with the sauce that came with them. The homemade lemon-mint lemonade was good, but could have been more “lemony” for my taste. It was sweeter than expected, but I still enjoyed drinking it :) You can definitely do it again and recommend it. It is easy to reach by bus and tram. When the weather is nice, it's fine to sit outside, but you have to expect a lot of passers-by since it's in the pedestrian zone. Inside it is beautifully decorated with a dark lush green, definitely well exposed for aesthetic photos.

It's a great place, but we tried to order a Whiskey on the spot as many bottles were set up but obviously only as an exhibition or decoration. It could really do something to the place if you served it as they exhibited

Never had a bad burger at Jamy's. I had a few instances that orders were not completely correct or something was forgotten, but I blame that more on being understaffed at peak times. Yes, the prices are high, but let's be realistic, who goes out and eats a high-end burger everyday? I just have never had a burger and fries as good as at Jamy's.

Ordered via Lieferando. The delivery time was always set back by 10 minutes after an hour. After more than 2 hours, Jamys Burger suddenly canceled the order. Nobody could be reached by phone either. It doesn't work at all!

The food was ok. But the delivery coordinatio really bad. We ordered at 18:30 and the food just arrived at 20:30, 2 hours?!? It’s what too much. Weirdly enough, when we called Jamys they said they haven’t received our order, but 15’ after the Lieferando driver arrived with our order saying he was told to pick up the order at 20:00. Mmm weird.

I went to Jamy’s Burger in Darmstadt with my friends to celebrate a birthday and it was great! The atmosphere was modern and cozy (perfect for a relaxing evening). I would particularly like to highlight the waitress Asli, who was incredibly friendly, gave us the best advice and made the evening even more pleasant. The burgers were juicy and fresh, the fries were crispy and the homemade sauce was a real highlight. Overall, a great experience with great food, top service and a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Yesterday I was at Jamy’s Burger in Darmstadt again and, as always, the food was delicious. But what really made the visit special was the service – and I have Aslı to thank for that! Not only is she incredibly friendly, but she is also always attentive and ensures that every guest feels comfortable. No matter how busy it is, she remains professional, always has a smile, and delivers orders quickly and in a good mood. You can just tell she loves her job! Thanks to her, you don’t just feel like a guest at Jamy’s, you feel really welcome. Big praise to Aslı – and of course to the rest of the team! I'd love to come back.

Jamy's is my absolute favorite place to eat burgers and fries. I love the “Goat me” burher, which is only available here. In general, all burgers are generously topped and you can add additional toppings of your choice. The fries are hot and crispy and I'm really into the truffle mayonnaise. This is also unique. The service people are always very friendly and attentive and the prices are reasonable for this good quality. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and beautiful, I just don't like all the artificial plants, but I understand that it's not possible to keep so many real plants alive in the place. My only real, albeit tiny, criticism I have is that the paper napkins are way too thin. The burgers are so juicy that you simply need too many napkins to wipe your fingers clean. But there is a washroom, so it's really on a very high level ;-) By the way, you can also order and pick up your food or have it delivered to your home. The packaging is then even reasonably sustainable.

Ordered a veggie burger, got one with bacon on it :(( That’s the ONLY thing that, to me, is unacceptable. Super disappointed and couldn’t eat that burger.

Ordered 4 hours ago, nothing arrived. I ordered Peer Apple Pay and paid directly. The cancellation came about 4 hours later. What can I say I went to bed hungry... I want my money back, I paid €40.18… Pure impudence. If you forget to call, no one will answer it no matter how many times you call... Total impudence.

The staff was friendly, but not very attentive. Cards are sticky and worn. The taste of the burger was okay, but the patty was way too thin. Here the meat was saved at the expense of a good burger. Of course I didn't weigh it, but I think that was better.
