Great ambience, delicious food with a lot of choice for veggies and friendly staff, would love to come back :)

The food was very good, but unfortunately we sweated a lot because the environment was without air conditioning.

All well and good Service is very good, young people. But the price is actually the only thing that doesn't really suit me. But going out to eat here is definitely a recommendation

Delicious burgers and the fries with the homemade sauce are awesome. We were served in a friendly manner and everything arrived within a few minutes.

So the food was delicious, but my goodness €4.90 for a glass of cola, and then even more ice than cola. This is absolutely outrageous to me. Personally, I wouldn't go there again.

Went to Jamys for the first time today and ate burgers, salads and fries. Everything was very tasty, the meat was of high quality and the service was also very good! Gladly again!

We've been to Jamys many times and so far the experience has been flawless: delicious burger, friendly service, great drinks. Today I was there with my boyfriend and two friends who were visiting Darmstadt for the first time and we were treated badly by the waiter. We ordered our drinks and burgers (he never asked if we wanted a side, which patty we preferred, etc.). When we asked to pay (by card), the amount asked by the waiter was significantly higher than expected. We paid, tip included, and then my friend went in to ask for the receipt since the waiter NEVER asked if we needed it. Apparently not only did he include sauces that we never asked for (he gave two euros back for it), but he also rounded up all parts of the bill. My receipt said 28.20 and he asked for 29, my friend's receipt was 27.20 and he asked for 28. The same was true for my friends whose receipts we never got. And at the end we gave additional tips on top of the amount he had already increased himself. When we tried to complain about it he even got angry, shouted at us and kept talking about the sauces and the 2 euros which he gave back to my friend, as he said, "from his pocket". This is unacceptable and a bad experience for me as I am a regular customer and for my friends who were visiting from abroad for the day. We would have tipped you anyway, sir. H.D. - I think that this is not how you want to treat your customers or your colleagues in customer service.

The burgers were great, however the waiter was absolutely horrible. He overpriced the food intentionally, practically tipping himself, and when confronted about his actions he became aggressive and rude. He stained an otherwise good experience.

I just visited this place on July 28th with my close friends who live here in Darmstadt having heard positive reviews. While the food and place were wonderful, when the time to pay came (by card), the guy who served us increased the price in the pos machine while hiding it, in addition to adding his tip by himself without even asking for our permission. When confronted about sneakingly increasing the price, he got aggressive and proceeded to ignore and avoid me and my friends.

Caution!! There is a waiter (H.D.) who secretly adds his tip to the bill without asking if you pay by card. He charged me and my girlfriend €0.80 more for each of us and we even paid a tip on top. When confronted with the evidence, he denied it, never apologized, and insisted otherwise. I'm afraid he does this to every customer (rounding up without asking). This is UNACCEPTABLE in Germany. I'm sorry because the place is nice, but this behavior cannot be tolerated. Also, he didn't ask if we wanted the receipt (but I got it to prove my point). Be CAREFUL!! there is a waiter (H.B.) who secretly adds his tips to the bill when paying by card without asking. He added 0.80€ more to me and my girlfriend, for each of us. We ate at Jamy's Burgers on July 14, 2024, the food was very tasty and the service was great. We were served very warmly and friendly by a waitress named Klara, we would love to come back.

The place to be if you want to grab a juicy burger. The waitress (Clara with a C) provides the perfect tip for the right cold drink and serves it faster than Usain Bolt at his best.

We always enjoyed going there, but the last two times we quickly noticed that things had changed, the food didn't taste like it used to, the drink was different. My daughter ordered a burger with avocado, she got a normal burger and the side dish wasn't what it was We ordered and had to wait a long time Unfortunately I was disappointed twice

Went there for lunch today. Very appealing atmosphere. Our food came quickly and even a special request was no problem. Both the beef burger and the veggie versions taste great. Plates were nicely arranged and the food was hot. We would like to give even more points for Clara's friendly service. Rarely have we been served so kindly and attentively without it being intrusive or fake. We'll come back more often in the future.

Was here today with a friend during the Germany game, had two coffees and snacked on fries. Lea was an extremely nice and good server and it was a very good experience with very good food. I can warmly recommend this shop to anyone who is a fan of good burgers and side dishes!!

Best burger shop in Darmstadt. The homemade lemonade is simply fantastic! I had Redhead for dinner. The burger was perfectly spicy and you could taste the meat really intensely.

Hardly anything to complain about. Burger was very tasty, arrived quickly, extra requests worked. Knife was sharp, so far it could be better. Ambience suits my “taste”. Only the two TVs are distracting, at least for me.

It's a very nice burger shop with a good selection of burger buns. Burger Pettis are also very good and tasty. In my opinion it is the best burger shop in Darmstadt. Food is also available to take away. The drink selection is also very good and varied.
