Yesterday we had a spontaneous visitor and we quickly ordered a party pizza. Dough too raw - not baked through. Pizza with no taste as if you were just eating dough and so extremely dry. The size of the party pizza has shrunk quite a bit. The pizza was so bad that I even felt uncomfortable when I saw the guests' faces. Never again!

Dennis Burger in Darmstadt is a great spot for burger lovers! The burgers were really good, with high-quality beef and fresh, delicious bread. We tried both the 200-gram and 400-gram cheeseburgers, and they were absolutely tasty. The French fries were perfectly cooked, crispy, flavorful, and really enjoyable. We also ordered wings, which were well-cooked and very tasty. The variety of sauces was a nice touch; we tried the chili cheese , sour cream, and avocado sauces, all of which were great. The staff were nice and friendly, making the experience even better. The atmosphere was okay, not amazing, but also not bad. The only downside is the location, as it’s in a more suburban area rather than a central spot. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its food quality. If you love burgers, this is a great spot to enjoy with friends and family or even for takeout!

I can't recommend it, the service is a disaster, my order came wrong, fries were missing and the burger wasn't right either. The delivery person said he would bring the fries over. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service and the complaint hotline as well as with the supplier and was just put off. I paid €18 for a burger that wasn't mine and a fries that never came plus a €2 tip because I felt sorry for the delivery person even though he didn't bring anything either. I find it quite bad that there is no number to call the branch directly, as the complaint hotline sent me back and forth and I was promised a voucher as compensation which never came. I often order from Burger me but after a campaign like this I unfortunately have to say that I will no longer order because of the confusing service and will no longer recommend Burger Me to those around me.
