Friendly staff and the burgers are great.

I was hanging out in Bamberg on New Year's Eve and had researched in advance the large selection of beers on tap. Totally nice atmosphere, a good burger and great conversation with guests from all over the world. After the disappointment in the Mexican restaurant on my last trip, Bamberg's honor has been restored! Congratulations, and again: Thank you & I look forward to the next time.

Price-performance and quality great 👍🏻🍔🍟 Ingredients are all fresh, food is attractively prepared and low in fat. The selection of extra ingredients and drinks (something other than Coca Cola) is also nice. Special requests also worked without any problems. Criticism: Unfortunately the salad was missing from our order and the support hotline wasn't particularly helpful. Conclusion: You can definitely do it 👍🏻 Much better and significantly cheaper than other fast food chains, including Burger Heart. The staff was very friendly and the pick-up time was totally fine at 30 minutes. ☺️ Suggestions for improvement: It would be cool if the fried onions were homemade and delivered to the district. The normal fries could be a little thicker.

Absolutely not recommended on September 29th. Ordered for €38 and only got the call 2 hours later saying they would no longer deliver. I have never gotten my money back since then!!!! Absolute disrespect for calls not being answered. Feel free to read the other reviews so the store should be closed!!!!!!!!!!
