Hello my love, Unfortunately I have to say that the burgers didn't convince me. Because of the many positive reviews, I convinced my relatives to eat at High Five. I discovered that the burgers are not as good as the reviews suggest. I had the Bom Chicken Wow Wow once and the Chili Chees Burger once. The website said they bread the chicken breasts themselves. Unfortunately, I received a frozen chicken that was compressed and perfectly round. I didn't taste any of the chicken. The fact that the waitress didn't even give a hint that the chicken isn't currently homemade is a no-go. The excuse was that they have newly integrated a café and the boss currently doesn't have time to make the chicken himself. Besides, no one has said anything about it not being homemade. But the price of €12.50 is still charged. Unfortunately the bun is not a briochebun. It's too overpowering. I tasted more buns than meat or toppings. Overall there was no harmony in terms of composition. At least the meat in the chili burger was homemade. However, it wasn't 170-180g like the waitress said. I'm passionate about making burgers myself and know how big and thick a 200g, 180g, 160g... burger has to be. I had the simple chili burger and that was just one patty too few. Same problem as the chicken burger, the bun was too prominent. It's just too heavy and powerful and pushes itself into the foreground. Eating the burger wasn't fun. Unfortunately, price/performance is not right here. The ambience was nice. I will no longer attend High Five. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos because the sight of the chicken burger irritated me. I was expecting something homemade.

The frozen products that come directly from the franchisor are at least consistently prepared correctly, but the burgers are purely a matter of luck, as is the availability of extra ingredients, ordered sauces, etc. Online complaints are useless, and these days I stop by the store after at least every other delivery order to pick up missing items. The franchisor is obviously sorry about all this, but in reality, nothing is happening except that for the third time, I've seen an almost completely new team, which seems increasingly static and less trained (of course, not every employee without exception!), standard phrases that I'm sure I'll see here too, and I was cheated out of extra ingredients again today.
