But if you even put up a sign that says you should speak to the staff if there is no food, then you simply can't react in annoyance and complain when someone politely asks the said employee about the missing scrambled eggs... That was really embarrassing for my guests. The fact that the same person told the guests when they arrived when they had to clear the table before anyone had even been to the buffet was also not possible. In terms of taste, everything was okay for the price, and the selection was also perfectly fine... even if some of my guests unfortunately didn't get scrambled eggs or dessert. A delay in serving might perhaps make more sense if only certain quantities are calculated.
