Die besten Restaurants mit Brauereischanke Essen in Heidelberg

We came here first, and we were just 2 people. There was one empty table with "reserved" - sign and one a bit bigger one with people leaving. Right after us came an old man with 2 other persons, who had no reservation (same with us). Female waitress told us that the table which was getting free (because people were leaving) was too big for just 2 people and invited the people who came after us (and had no reservation, I repeat) to take that table instead of us. It's bad attitude, predatory practices to fit in more customers, because 3 people might pay more than 2 people. Advice to the management: hire people with hospitality education.

Food delicious, prices realistic, beer delicious, service friendly and committed, the only drawback is that it is very dark and you can hardly see your food and one of my beer glasses was very poorly washed. But everything else was perfect, I'll be back.
