If you're looking for broken promises, wasted time, and zero service, you've come to the right place. We had reserved a bowling alley for 11:00 PM—confirmed in writing, mind you. When we got there, we were told to wait until 11:30 PM, only to be told, "Uh, no, it's closing time now." We dutifully consumed drinks for three hours, thinking the alley was ours from 11:00 PM onward. But instead of fair hospitality, we ended up with an arrogant rejection. Poor management, zero reliability, and customer service that is second to none—in the negative sense. Thanks for nothing!
