It's self-service here, so no service and the toilet is now in a container, very cramped, I don't think that's good for people with disabilities. There's nothing wrong with self-service, it's just that the toilets are very cramped

We have been coming to Hafensturm since the beginning and will remain loyal to it. We go there several times a month to have a delicious beer after work and something to eat. I can recommend the fish dishes or the hamburger to everyone😋.....simply delicious. Jörg also always has a sausage ready for our dog Dexter. Thanks again for that. Keep it up. You have to pick up your own food and drinks, but all the employees are very nice. The cobblestones in the driveway are a bit of a challenge for walker or wheelchair users. However, there is a ramp at the bottom of the stairs.

Great ambience but that was it. No service, you have to get everything yourself. Giant snakes. And the toilets smell terrible. It was better a few years ago. Never again.

Here you have to get your own drinks and food. However, the tables are cleared. You have a wonderful view

Nice beer garden. Food was a disaster, fish little and dry. Lettuce has dark cut surfaces, meaning it is old. Despite drawing attention, the staff wasn't particularly interested in it. And that for 14.90 euros. You should be ashamed of yourself. I don't get my money for free. Such poor quality

It's just a very beautiful place. There is somehow a holiday feeling among the guests and the staff here. You order food (e.g. good fish) directly at the stand and receive a beeper that announces when the dish is ready to be picked up. You can get drinks directly in the “turret”. There are only staff who look after the tables, clear away and so on. At least that was the case a few weeks ago. So in my opinion there are no waiters who could be racist. Especially no one to bring food to the tables. But some people have to act important and join in every hunt. 😉

I was there for the Duisburg Harbor Festival. The beautifully decorated beer garden had a feel-good character. The friendly service also served delicious drinks quickly. In addition, the DJ really delivered. You could swing your hips to well-known hits.

Very nicely located, not overcrowded - portions are extremely generous - the only downside is that we are still practicing "making the cocktail". A Caipirinha is not filled with sparkling water and is usually filled with crushice 😉 Conclusion - more than just recommended 👍👍👍

The beer garden is located on the Rhine and offers home-style cuisine. There is usually enough seating available. Unfortunately the parking situation is not the best. But we've always been lucky so far. Definitely highly recommended!

The most beautiful beer garden I know. Since this is our place of well-being, we always like to come back. The Hafensturm has now become our second living room in the warm months and even when the weather is not perfect you feel in good hands there. The staff is always friendly, in a good mood and accommodating. It's always very familiar and harmonious there. The food is always freshly prepared and tastes first-class. A beautiful place to unwind and escape from everyday life. The entire team always tries to accommodate everyone's wishes and it's not difficult to leave a good tip. Finally, I would like to say to you, “keep it up”.

Toll gelegener Biergarten mit superbem Blick auf den Rhein und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffchen. Selbstbedienung ist angesagt: Getränke holt man sich an den Tisch, Essen kann man sich am Extra-Tresen bestellen und es wird an den Tisch gebracht. Gute Preise, nette Servicekräfte. Schöner Ort zum Entspannen.

Für einen 'Selfservice' Biergarten sind die Preise überzogen.
