Regardless of whether it is busy or there are hardly any guests there, she seems unfriendly and not very service-oriented. Wrong orders were left without comment - with the statement: "Then you have to get them yourself." It's a shame, because the location itself is great and the boss is extremely friendly. There is an urgent need to work on the behavior of individual service staff - that would significantly improve the overall impression.
