We were there last night and were warmly welcomed and served. The prices are moderate and the bratwurst was delicious! The view of the water and the setting sun, indescribable! We'd love to come back.

Is a nice restaurant in a pleasant, quiet location. Good service and delicious food. There's something for everyone, whether you're a cyclist, hiker or a private party.

Owner, big comrade with a mustache was very friendly with Soviet soldiers, beer, liqueurs, vodka - released with a bang. First bought from him once in my life a pack of More with menthol. In one of these self-propelled vehicles we even sat up half the night in one campaign with young comrades: we are 3 sergeants, they are 3 young couples. Great sat... on the 3rd day for everyone 😆! By the way, it's very easy then they “got off” .

We had a great time at the Kastanie accommodation and would love to come back! The beer garden also has a great selection of food and drinks

The food was great, the service was friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are tasteful, the toilets are clean. All in all, a well-rounded affair and the price-performance ratio is right.

We usually go there for big birthdays. The soup there is AMAZING! We all agree on that! We have to admit, we smuggled.... The host is open & very nice. We'll definitely be back!!!

Anyone who visits this inn will, in a sense, experience a journey through time. The building dates from the late 19th century and has been preserved along with the gardens, access road and pier. It was always family owned, even during the GDR era. Now you can enjoy good home cooking here, receive friendly service and experience the atmosphere of the 1890s. Great and rarely seen in this holistic form. Recommended for that reason alone.
