*edited review* After this incident, the management immediately took care of it and informed me that from now on I would only be allowed to collect money if I presented the invoice. I had the feeling that this review was definitely taken to heart. What happened afterwards, however, was a bad joke and I would like to share it again here: The management had asked me to (delete!) my review or at least adjust it accordingly so that it doesn't seem as if guests were being systematically withdrawn. Of course I understood this and changed my review (see below). I didn't want to delete the review because that's what happened. However, I thought to myself: "The management and the store itself can't help it if a waiter made a mistake." As compensation, I was offered a voucher that I could pick up. Unfortunately, this voucher was never given to me, even after several follow-ups (I was in the store more often and they always said they didn't know anything about it) and a statement from management by email remained unanswered. Apparently they were a little angry that I didn't delete the review - I can't explain it any other way. I would simply advise you: do yourself a favor and avoid this store - as beautiful as the outside area is, even in summer. Unfortunately, you can't support something like that anymore and Münster simply has far too many other nice shops for that. ;-) _________________________ Original review: We were there with a larger group. The food is quite expensive for the quality but tasty, the beer garden is nice and the service was attentive and well organized throughout the stay. We then paid separately. However, when we collected bills of around 50 euros or more, the waiter automatically told us 2 euros more than we had to pay. This only became apparent after we wanted to take the bill with us. My friend and I were the only ones who requested the bill - after the payment process - and wanted to take it with us and thought that - even though the waiter said the adjusted amount twice - we had simply misheard each other and therefore said nothing. When we told our friends about this after our visit, they added up what they would have had to pay and from around 50 euros they somehow strangely said 2 euros more than they had to pay. I would like to point out that in this restaurant you should perhaps only pay once the bill has actually been printed out. ____________
