Friendly service and very tasty food

The waiting times were extremely long. It wasn't until 20 minutes after our arrival, when my wife pointed this out to the staff, that they asked us what drinks we wanted. We didn't receive the tablet with the menu until 25 minutes after we arrived. After another hour our first round of food finally arrived. Overall it was a big disappointment. Miso isn't what it used to be, and the food was just average.
