The food was great as always, sushi on point. Unfortunately, the rating on Google has deteriorated quite a bit recently, which I can't understand at all. Price-performance ratio is definitely given. If you want more quality you have to pay more, but for the price everything is well prepared and the cooking levels of the individual ingredients are on point. Sushi is fresh and tastes good. Even the ginger was thought about, as it is pickled but not nearly as sour as in every other shop. On the tables there is salt-reduced soy sauce, which has a far better flavor than the normal one. The only drawback is the ambience in the store, as some areas may need to be renovated. I have enjoyed being a guest for years and will continue to do so.

I've liked the quality of the food so far. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the food is getting worse and smaller. If you don't necessarily take the boxes, but the normal ones from the menu and then take them to go, the portions will be smaller, there will be far too much sauce and the packaging will be heavier. You have to look for the meat. I know everything has become more expensive and you have to survive, but please also increase the quality. All the employees are very, very friendly.

I ordered egg rice with baked chicken for €11 (to take away) and when I looked at home, what did I see? No baked chicken, just normal rice with vegetables. Not even egg rice.

I, Tharun Mathew from Abu Dhabi, had a very bad experience at Asiagourmet Rathaus Pankow today (March 26, 2025) at 3 p.m. My wife went to eat, and I was on the phone. She took her food and went to the cash register. She asked the counter staff member if they accepted card payments. The staff member then shouted at her and told her to sit at the table. I heard all this on the phone. Afterward, she went to pay, and the same staff member shouted at her, "Are you blind or something? Do you have eyes to see what is returned at the cash register?" All the customers witnessed this incident as the staff member shouted at my wife. My wife cried, paid the amount, and left the store without taking the food. (If I'm wrong, management can review the CCTV footage.) I feel so petty about what happened today. This is how you treat a customer??? Treating your guests with respect, kindness, and promptness should be your top priority. Have you ever seen a customer cry while eating? It's the biggest sin.. Please train your staff to greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and appreciated the moment they walk in the door. If you work in the restaurant industry, you know that each of your guests is valuable. Customers keep restaurants running, and they can make or break your business. When people come to your restaurant, you want them to have a good experience that leaves them happy and wanting more. Also, you want them to keep coming back so they continue spending money with you! I was extremely sad when my wife left your shop and started crying on the street, which is why I am posting this here. Please make sure this doesn't happen to your next customer.

We love Han West! The Vegan Box is our favorite and we especially love the different sauces for our Pommes.
