Very tasty food. A clear recommendation.

Super close to U-Leopoldplatz, love love love these affordable and delicious dumplings! They come with a cabbage salad on the side and the peanut sauce they use as standard topping is sooo tasty. I always get the vegan options but my friends told me the meaty ones are really good too. Quick service, friendly staff, clean toilets - the only thing I have to complain about is the thin foil between the food and the tray which always melts while eating... [Only cash accepted and no alcohol available]

Service was good but nothing special as was the ambience. Food was OK. However, the dumplings were a bit disappointing, especially for the name of the restaurant

The combo box is great value and has a lot of flavour. It is *quite saucy* so if you’re not into that, ordering the dumplings or a bao bun on its own is probably best. Definitely needs a hint of spice, so we got extra chilli oil on the side.

Super good food! The fries were extremely crispy and full of delicious, flavorful sauce. In fact, these may be the best fries I've ever tasted. I don't usually order fries because I almost never like them. These are simply amazing! The bao sandwiches were great too. Tender and juicy Szechuan chicken with a very nice seasoning. Although it is called dumpling house, in my personal opinion the dumplings lag behind. Just not as outstanding as the rest. But that's just my personal opinion. All in all a super nice place and I will definitely come back

Asian street food in Berlin at its best 🤩 I enjoyed the food and the simple but friendly ambience. Almost forgot to pay. And they forgot to charge the rhubarb soda water... I'll still be back tomorrow night to pay for the drink and try out a few more vegan dishes. Recommended 🤗.As promised, I went back a day later for my second vegan dinner. Again very tasty. And the friendly staff even remembered me. 🤩

Very friendly staff! As for food, the bao bun was good, but the dumplings less, unfortunately. It seemed that salt was the main ingredient.

I ordered a combo box and was very disappointed. The red cabbage salad didn't seem entirely fresh and was hardly seasoned. It seemed to me like it was just old sliced ​​red cabbage with a few edamame without any dressing The sauce was far too salty everywhere else and actually drowned out any other taste. The dumplings were inauthentic, hard dough, bland taste, cold and a ton of salty sticky sauce was poured over. The skin is not ok at all, not crunchy, feels like machine made. 😢 very disappointed. Pork dumplings fillings are stinky.

Super delicious food! Very suitable for vegans and very reasonable price for the quality and quantity. The vegan combo was very very nice. The bathroom was nice and clean as well and spacious! No changing table but the room is large enough to push the buggy in and change the baby on it

Tried it for the first time today, but unfortunately my expectations weren't met. I was expecting a more intense taste, but the soy sauce improved it a bit in the end. The location itself wasn't bad, but the map and the table were stuck and somehow you had the feeling that everything was sticky. The advice was also so-so. Unfortunately, I had a queasy feeling in my stomach all day. Too bad... Oh, and unfortunately you can only pay by card😑

Very tasty vegan Combi Box - the lemongrass dumplings are really special, the bao bun is also super tasty, fresh Japanese salad and crispy fries! The Combi Box with Szechuan Chicken Bun was also super good!

Decent food. The bao bun was quite ok, the dumplings were good. The fries were good, but it was quite unusual to eat them with peanut sauce. By the way, they have lunch options The accept only card payment They also speak English

‼️Junk Food Alert ‼️ I was sad to see that both iconic Bao and Dumpling were served horribly. Everything is deep fried, with heavy sauce. Not to mention that the taste is very awful + lukewarm, oily but not crispy…. this is def not how it supposed to be. ‼️Menu Alert ‼️ The menu put outside is different from menu inside. We checked „outside“ and went in to order a combo, which is supposed to have both Bao and Dumplings with „little“ salad and fries. On google, you also see this combo photo dominantly. But, the menu „inside“ is different and looks almost the same as outside … so we got a giant fries and purple cabbage and a huge portion of dark fried chicken eww The settings and the surroundings are also bit dirty…. was very unpleasant.

food quality is as low as it gets - price is high considering what we got served. cannot recommend to come here. Staff was friendly but apparently very unexperienced. you can refer to other comments/pictures for details. a real bummer. we left after a few bites :/

Simply cult in Wedding, even the hottest food bloggers come and go here, the combination of red cabbage salad, fries and dumplings is something to kneel down on. Currently my favorite food in Wedding.

-Sticky tables - tasteless dumplings and fries -way too much peanut sauce - bao bun soggy and tasteless - salad drenched in soy sauce - food lukewarm (only customer present) -> feels and tastes like fastfood, not worth it

Comments from a Chinese who knows what dumplings really are: Real-junk junk food in Berlin - The WORST dumplings 🥟 I have ever had in Germany.. or even in my life.. in Germany, anything with peanut sauce is deemed Asian food. Actually the restaurant was honest calling themselves “Chinese-inspired dumplings and bao”. It’s more like “Berlin-inspired” but in any case they taste horribly disgusting 🤮 literally wanna throw up afterwards.

Ideal for a snack in between, to take away or for delivery.

Exceptional! The dumplings are soft inside and nice an crispy outside, the sauce is to die for and the fries, even I had some time to get home where still crispy. The bao is massive and filled to the brim. Absolute highlight!

Small and cozy place. It just took super long for my order to come out and it was really underwhelming. Got 6 dry dumplings that didn’t taste like anything😭 the spicy buttermilk chicken was a lot better but still didn’t satisfy me. Definitely no place to visit If you are looking for juicy and authentic dumplings.

My pork combo box was quick to prepare and very plentiful. Dumplings were a bit greasy but otherwise everything was tasty. The setup is very simple and unfortunately there is no cleaning of the tables between guests, so it quickly gets sticky.

Really nice and unique food! Ordered the Combo Box with Chicken to have a taste of everything. It was 14.50€ and very nice. The peanut sauce was really tasty, and there's no question that the dumplings and bao is good. Also, there is quite a lot of food, so you will not leave hungry if you order the combo. Can recommend!

We ordered two combos, the portion is really big mainly fries, the bao and the dumpling were good and the service was quite fast. The place is small and not so many tables to sit. Take into consideration that they only accept cards

I usually only review restaurants when I'm satisfied, but this meal was by far the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. The dumplings were dry, cold and absolutely tasteless. I can do it better at home than frozen goods. The fries were soaked in sauce and when I got to the bao I was so disgusted that I can no longer objectively judge the taste. The shop is small and cramped, but surprisingly busy. The table was dirty and the stools were uncomfortable. The woman at the counter was friendly - unfortunately I don't have anything good to say. The food is completely overpriced and I don't understand the hype surrounding the place.

Absolutely top-notch delivery service. I have ordered from them many times and always been very satisfied. This last time they were having technical problems with their order system, but the way they handled it was truly admirable: they called me personally to apologize for the delay and ensure that they had got my order correct, and then when my food arrived (not even that late, honestly), they had included an entire extra bao and one of every sauce they make, for free! I wish I could give more than five stars. (The food is always so delicious, too!)

Ordered from Uber eats. The food came very quickly. The taste of dumplings is okay but not great. The chicken bao is ok, rather carelessly prepared. We've had better things then. The buttermilk chicken is very strongly seasoned, so rice would be good as a side dish. We ordered the coleslaw separately and it wasn't tasty at all.

Lecker Fusion-Kitchen. Han West ist ein Dumpling-Imbiss in Wedding. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, die Portionen sind ausreichend groß und das Essen richtig lecker. Das Team war sehr freundlich. Mein Essen war schnell auf dem Tisch. Das Preisniveau ist aber vergleichsweise hoch für Fast Food. Das Lokal ist vergleichsweise klein. Es kann also schnell voll werden. Bezahlung klappte problemlos per Kreditkarte. So sollte es immer sein.

Durch Zufall über den Laden gestolpert und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr lecker, gerne wieder

Alles schmeckt sehr ölig, wir haben auch einen Salat bestellt, der wie ein Haufen Knastessen direkt auf den Tabletts serviert wurde. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Ich war hier schon 2 mal und habe noch nie so schlechtes Essen gegessen. Das essen war von so einer schlechten Qualität, man konnte sehen dass Dumlpings nicht selbst gemacht wurden. Es hat außerdem nichts mit Ostasiatischen essen zu tun. Das Essen war auch viel zu Teuer (20€ Euro pro Person nur für Das Essen) und es liefen draußen wo wir gegessen haben Ratten rum. Beim ersten mal als ich dort gegessen habe, wollte ich keine Peanut soße haben, da ich eine Allergie habe. Mein Essen war in Peanut soße gebadet. Ich habe zwar mein Geld zurückbekommen, aber sie wollten mir nicht ein neues essen machen. So habe 1 stunde Verschwendet. Ich hasse dieses Restaurant und niemand sollte dort essen!

Das chicken ist lecker. Preise noch fair.

We were a group of 4 people. I've ordered a vegan chicken and got a regular chicken instead 🤮 their staff barely understand German nor English. Do not recommend!

Too expensive and very oily food, everything had the same taste of thier sauces, its too much...plus we had to wake too long for our takeaway, service is slow.

Ich weiß nicht ob es in Berlin normal ist, aber eine Maus über den Boden in die Küche gelaufen.! Die vegane Box war lecker, es hat sehr nach Erdnussbutter geschmeckt, dies fande ich persönlich aber nicht schlimm. Die Limonaden machen den Anschein als würden sie da schon länger stehen ( sie haben sich sehr abgesetzt). Ich würde da nicht nochmal hingehen.

The service is mediocre, but I presume they are not paid for more. Hygiene must urgently be improved, the beeper devices are dirty and sticky and have probably never been disinfected. The dumplings are fairly nice, but very small, the standard portion (8pieces) of dumplings does not fill half the normal belly.

Eher so naja... Lohnt keinen Umweg. Ist ein unausgegorenes Systemgastronomie-Konzept. Dabei bleibt das Essen leider auf der Strecke bleibt.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, aber das Essen war eher so ziemlich mittelmäßig. Ich hatte ein Menü bestellt. Für mein Geschmack waren die Dumplings zu salzig und eintönig. Haupt - Geschmackträger war aufjedenfall die Soßen, die drauf waren. Der Chicken-Burger war ganz ok, dazu gab's Standard Fritten und einen leckeren Rotkohl Salat. Ingesamt schmeckt es wsl dem europäischen/westlichen Gaumen. Die Leute, die was authentisches suchen, sind hier fehl am Platz.

Netter Imbiss, lecker, den Hype nicht wert Han west ist mit seinem dritten Standort in Berlin schon ziemlich bekannt, also hab ich es endlich Mal probiert. Die dumplings waren in Ordnung, aber jetzt nicht von guten tk-dumplings zu unterscheiden. Die Pommes waren in Ordnung. Es ist definitv kein 'restaurant' sondern ein Imbiss. Draußen waren kleine Kisten, die man schwierig als Sitze bezeichnen kann. Das sollte der Außenbereich sein. Komisch fand ich, dass es nur wegwerf Besteck gab. Aber wenn man um die Ecke wohnt echt Mal n Besuch wert. Edit: dieses Mal 45 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet. Am besten bei Lieferando und co, oder direkt auf der Seite bestellen. Die Lieferando Tüten wurden nämlich raus gegeben an einer Tour, während bei uns die Hälfte unserer Bestellung vergessen wurde.

Die veganen Dumplings waren der Hammer und die Soßen, v.a. auf den Fries, waren sehr lecker. Das Chili-Öl hätte aber schärfer sein können.

The dumplings and burgers were okay. They weren't very Chinese, but the quality of the meat was good, so I had to admit that at least this is a good fusion Asian food. The most dreadful thing is the fried chicken at this restaurant. It's extremely salty, with a very strange seasoning, and the chicken skin is so tough that no matter how you try to tear it, it's like an unbreakable belt. Moreover, each piece of fried chicken is too large. Can't they cut it into smaller pieces and make it crispy? It's an incredibly long piece of fried chicken, and no matter what you can't bite through it Jesus. I dined in once and ordered takeout once more. I'll still have their dumplings and burgers,but I won't be having the fried chicken again !

Uns wurden von einer Freundin die Dumplings empfohlen und keine Beschreibung hätte uns darauf vorbereiten können, was für ein Geschmackserlebnis uns erwartete. Ich glaube eigentlich nicht an Gott, aber derjenige, der diese Soße kreiert hat, muss eine göttliche Eingebung gehabt haben, anders kann ich mir diesen Geschmack nicht erklären.

Wir waren Mittags dort und haben nach nicht mal 5 Minuten schon unser Essen bekommen. Gute vegetarische/vegane Auswahl. War sehr lecker und absolut sättigend. Pommes waren für meinen Geschmack zu salzig.

I can post a great picture, but the food was just not good. Had the combo, the Sichuan chicken is not spicy at all but it was far better than the dumplings. Which is sad for a place that is supposed to specialize in that exactly. They were dry, under cooked and lacked flavour. The place also needs a clean up. Sorry guys, but everything was sticky, from the table to the floor. I really wanted to like it, but there was no silver lining here.

War heute (Di) um 18:30 geschlossen, obwohl es laut Google, Website und Instagram geöffnet hatte. Sehr enttäuschend. :(

El horario de apertura no es correcto o no está actualizado, viajé para comer acá y no pude al final sólo perdí tiempo.

Neue Bewertung: Montags zu, obwohl Google sagt offen. Schade, extra eine halbe Stunde Anfahrt gehabt, dafür 2* Abzug für KundenUNfreudlichkeit. Das geht aber an die Leitung, explizit nicht an die Mitarbeiter. 1* Abzug weil die Dumplings Auswahl immer weniger wird und die die Halloumi schon längst aus dem Programm genommen wurden. Alte Bewertung: Die Dumplings sind mit die besten der Stadt. Die Halloumi Dumplings vor allem. Die Bao Burger sind klein, aber dafür sehr lecker. Vor allem der Szechuan Chicken Bao. Wobei da vor allem das Chicken sehr lecker ist, außen knusprig, ihnen ganz zart. Meine Empfehlung: Vegan Combo und den Bao tauschen gegen den Chicken Bao ✨ Preislich ist die mit 12 Euro für acht dumplings, einen Bao und Pommes in Ordnung. Und man wird gut satt. Dass die Erdnuss Soße überall mit drin ist, stimmt, allergisch sollte man nicht sein… witzigerweise mag ich eigentlich keine Erdnussprodukte. Hier gehts aber. Was ein bisschen besser geht, liebes Han West Team, ist die Sauberkeit im Sitzbereich. Das war öfter mal nicht so doll und klebrig. Aber beim letzten Mal war es wieder sauber…

The dumplings were good and the Tao as well, but there was too much peanut sauce everywhere. It was really over everything, even the chips. I would have preferred to have it on the side as a dip and decide myself if I wanted it or not. At some point I couldn't eat anymore because it was too much. I would suggest you put it on the side, because it's a very good sauce.

One star for friendly staff , one star for chips. The dumplings are not for East Asians, at least not for Chinese, I am sorry to say so. But the dumplings are not better that those frozen Korean, Japanese and Chinese dumplings I bought in Go Asia. It’s like westerners visit a western style restaurant in Asia, but the taste is more close the local people, not for original traditional taste. With this price, I prefer the Sushi in Edeka Fromm.

They did everything right- great service, quick, cute, casual, presentation is good- the only thing they didn’t do is get the dumplings right. Better dumplings in the suburbs as a kid in NY, in any authentic Szechuan in the city and even frozen from Asia Markt. Flavors “germanified” and all over the place. Served inexplicably in about a cup of chili flavored oil.

Super tasty but a bit over priced compare to other place in Berlin :)
