Haven't been there for years and tried it again with friends. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Food and salad were constantly running out and you couldn't wait for refills. So you had to switch to other foods. Of the remaining sushi pieces, only the formed rice was left there for at least three quarters of an hour because someone had taken away all the fish on top. Something like that should be taken away as soon as possible. We waited half an hour after dinner to order something to drink, to no avail. We were happy when we were able to pay.
I ordered online and had it delivered, it was super tasty. Hot, tastes very good. The delivery person was super nice and accommodating. Food was really fresh and very good. I always ordered from another Chinese/Asian. I think that's it, Asia Wok Man, I think I'll be a frequent customer from now on. Thank you 🤗
We have been regular customers for years (even before Corona) and have always been very satisfied. Easy to pre-order and collect. The food is top notch and extremely affordable. The staff was always very friendly. We cannot understand the negative reviews. During the last visit there was a notice stating that the business would be closed on March 8th, 2025 (no extension of the rental agreement due to the rent being too high). We think that's a shame and hope that the Haiky team will reopen somewhere else, preferably nearby.
Duck peanut is only recommended 👌
The sushi could be better. Unfortunately, the algae leaves are just too much to chew. Either not fresh or just not good quality. The wasabi is also rather lower quality
I ordered a Pho Bo from MyAsiaFood and explicitly asked in the notes not to add coriander to the food, but unfortunately there was coriander in the dish. You could also smell it straight away. During the phone call, a lady informed me that no coriander was added, only “European grass” (which, however, has the same taste, smell and use as coriander and is even called “long coriander”). No solution was offered and unfortunately I was left sitting on my pho with (long) cilantro, which I can't eat. The sushi and gyoza we ordered were fine and delivery was very quick (approx. 35 minutes).
Conclusion: please be careful when ordering if you cannot/do not want to eat coriander, regardless of whether it is the long one (culantro or European grass) or the more commonly known one (cilantro), especially if you have allergies!
