Wir waren auf Durchreise dort und hatten leider Hunger. Man kann hier eigentlich nur abraten zu essen. Hier ist es überhaupt nicht lecker. Es werden wirklich nur Fertigprodukte verarbeitet. Nichts ist selbstgemacht. Das hätte einem spätestens beim Blick in die Karte und den Preisen klar sein müssen. Naja, der Hunger trieb es dann irgendwie rein. Das einzige was annähernd amerikanisch ist, ist die Einrichtung. Dazu kam dann noch der eigentümliche Geruch von Plastik und Wandfarbe. Wer lecker frische amerikanische Burger essen möchte ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz. Keine Empfehlung! Fahrt lieber weiter.

There were 3 hairs on the pizza (see photo). After I tried to complain over the phone, I came across a person who didn't speak German. A complaint about the order was therefore not possible. Clear case for the health department!

So the food was poor in school grades. How come? Well the burger smelled like a microwave burger. The patties looked and tasted frozen. There was definitely too much sauce, so my hands were very dirty. You could hardly feel the tomato or the cheese. The twisters were okay, but could be crispier. I wouldn't eat here again or have it delivered.

Completely and exorbitantly overpriced ready meals!! Not just the fries, sauce, patties, the cheapest industrial cheese - nothing is homemade, the prices are outrageous. In addition, with 3 orders (yes we tested before this review) you wait 30 minutes or more EVERY TIME as stated, there is no telephone number or other contact options AND without asking me, the customer, calling, etc. the orders from monkey rocks and gorillas were simply summarized like that As a customer, I don't give a damn whether these two stores belong to one. At gorillas the delivery time was 40 minutes and it arrived after 1 hour 20, together with the order at affenfelsen, whose order was 55 minutes and which was also 15 minutes late. As a trained person with over 23 years of service and catering experience in many different areas, these are reasons enough not to give you another chance
