An unexpected pleasure. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend the restaurant.

A really great and well-located restaurant, unfortunately the food, in terms of good home-style cooking from Thuringia, in terms of how grandma used to cook, was a disaster, the dumplings are rubber balls, the duck leg was from a pensioner and the red cabbage was soaked in vinegar. For the friendliness of the service and the ambience, 4 stars, with regard to the cook (baker or bricklayer), would be a solution.

Wir haben kurzfristig reserviert und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Auch unser kleiner Hund durfte uns begleiten. Der Service ist sehr nett, die Einrichtung ansprechend und gemütlich. Das Essen war schnell fertig, gut gewürzt und für mich völlig ausreichend. Die Männer hätten etwas mehr vertragen. Vielen Dank an Küche und Service! Wir kommen gern wieder.

We are not locals and were pleasantly surprised to receive service in a different language. Everything in the restaurant has been thought out down to the smallest detail - entirely geared towards the comfort of the guests. The food and drinks were tasty, but in our opinion the portions (we had steaks) could have been a bit larger for the price.

Quiet location, great food

The wedding pavilion is a great location to celebrate weddings in a relaxed atmosphere and in a wonderful atmosphere! The location is lovingly decorated and the service is extremely friendly and courteous.

...running...ordered food for delivery today at 7:40 p.m. I was told on the phone that the delivery time would be about 45 minutes (8:25 p.m.). The order was supposed to be delivered at 9:20 p.m., about 55 minutes after the previously promised delivery date. I had already lost my appetite and no longer wanted the food, so I didn't accept delivery. Sorry, but deliver the food a good hour later and assume that the customer takes the order and accepts the whole thing...not with me! Either the previously stated delivery time is close to the previously agreed date or the customer is deliberately relying on the forbearance of the customer, who accepts the late delivery. If things get tight, you should employ more staff or simply give an honest answer at the time of delivery. A dissatisfied customer!

I can only recommend the Kästner <3...you can see and feel how much effort, energy, time, money and heart was put into this!! Absolutely no comparison to the previous owner!! This beautiful piece of earth...was finally appreciated...a very nice atmosphere was created with a large beer garden and lots of great little details!! A very nice, dynamic, young and friendly team..great food and a large selection of drinks!! The price-performance ratio is also right!! So...keep it up...👌😊👍

The food was rich, but unfortunately the Mediterranean spices were missing!!! When I asked the staff, I got the answer that you would have to ask the boss! Unfortunately, I didn't get the answer!!! What a shame!!!;

The staff in the store are all, without exception, very nice and friendly. In my opinion, the super kebab roll is unsurpassed in all of Gotha. Both in terms of taste and richness. Gladly and again and again
