Went to this lovely restaurant today. The food was delicious. The service was simply great. Gladly again.

Solid home-style food. Everything tastefully prepared. Trout could be a bit bigger. But it's hard to influence that. 1 star deducted for that. Prices top. Service very friendly. The restaurant is simply furnished but very clean. It really was absolutely delicious.

1.5 hours for a kebab and a kebab salad. They also told me several times on the phone that the driver was already on his way. The food was cold and came without bread. It tasted good, though. Conclusion: never order from there – it's better to pick it up yourself.

As always, a very tasty, relaxed visit to the Mercí restaurant. Attentive, quick, friendly service and magical cooks. Highly recommended.

Great ambience and even better food

It has been a very good place to get a snack for decades now. The service is quick and very friendly. More suitable for taking with you. I had a kebab which was the usual standard, the main business is more of an Asian snack bar.

Yesterday I wanted to get 1 kebab. Unfortunately the shop is closed. Name is from :( :( :( Does anyone know where he works now...???

The food is prepared completely fresh in your presence. It tastes very good, very good portions and fair prices. The operator is very nice, never stressed or annoyed.

The food was great, but for me there are too many people there and you can't relax there

The restaurant is located in an old train station, which is definitely exciting. We had a veggie burger which was very good. The service was also nice and attentive.

We come here often and just love it! Very nice staff and delicious food. Great!

The ambience, service and cleanliness are excellent 10/10 (there is a lovely view to the old church and the green in front of it). The ravioli with boleto mushrooms tasty and nicely presented though I would prefer less oil and more of a substantial sauce 8/10. The dessert (so called souffle) is unfortunately substandard. It tastes like a pop in the microwave dessert sold typically for 2 Euros in cheap supermarkets. The beers are realistically priced as is always the case with local beers but the wines and especially the mineral water is unjustifiably expensive. A 75 ml. bottle of Aqua Panna for 8 Euros. I mean if there was a view of Lake Geneva or a Norwegian fjord I would totally understand but such prices in Gera are ostentatious (5/10) The final score is 10 + 8 + 5 = 23/3 = a solid 4 stars.

Since AZAD left, the store has slowed down a lot. In any case, it no longer deserves the title of best kebab shop in Gera. There is hardly any meat in a normal kebab roll and orders were misunderstood several times, which led to the wrong toppings. Been very disappointed 4 times in a row now. I wish the old owner returned otherwise I won't eat there anymore. Greetings, kebab tester
