Ridiculous concept for a “delivery service”. Do you actually only deliver to the few blocks on the ring within a 100m radius that are within walking distance anyway? It almost doesn't matter where you try to order from, you always get the same answer: the address is not being delivered. No matter whether Löbervorstadt, Bahnhofsviertel or Andreasvorstadt. You should perhaps take out the term “delivery service”.

I ordered 2 pizzas today. Had to wait well over 1 hour. Although it said that the delivery time was between 30-50 minutes. Furthermore, I had to pay the full price even though the pizzas were almost cold and we couldn't eat the pizzas anymore due to work reasons and had to leave. So I won't order here again! It was a real waste of money unfortunately.

An order for 31 euros was canceled without giving any reasons. Glad he can afford it. I wouldn't call it customer friendly.

We can only recommend this parking space with farm shop and fish farm. Fresh, smoked fish every day like nothing else and the friendly staff. Something like this is unique and not often found because there is also a petting zoo for the kids.

Soup was great, peanut sauce could have been a little spicier for my taste and was very thick. Otherwise everything was great.

Good Italian cuisine...best location in the Steigerwald, including a playground and animal enclosure...a tip for families.

The Erfurt branch of Papa John's Pizza is no longer listed on the homepage. When I drove past it every evening around 7 p.m. for the last few days, everything was dark. Presumably the location has been closed, although the Papa John's Pizza advertisement is still up. Given all the reviews, it was only a matter of time before the branch closed.

We ordered at 7:15 p.m. and it didn't arrive after 2 hours and no one answered the phone! Food was cold and they were almost closing time! Never again ! We had to go there ourselves to pick up our food!

Re-opening in a new style, good ambience, no longer as kitschy as before, we were very pleasantly surprised. But there is no longer a buffet. The map is very extensive. Price and performance are okay

Ihr sagt immer man soll direkt bei Pizza Town bestellen und nicht bei Lieferando, aber wenn nach fast 2 Stunden immernoch kein Essen da ist dann werden wir in Zukunft wieder über Lieferando bestellen. Nicht mal eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Schlechter Service, haben jetzt wo anders bestellt.

Extremely rude and bad-tempered ladies at the counter. The fact that the customers also complained to us was obviously not our fault. Some people really need to reconsider their career choice. In any case, we won't be coming back. You'll lose your appetite beforehand.

Duration stated: 30 to 55 minutes. Reality: Waited 1 1/2 hours. The gentleman on the phone speaks absolutely incomprehensible German (?). Pizza is of course cold and a bit burnt. The Indian dishes are delicious but the prices are too high considering that most of it is just rice with sose. Maybe think about limiting the radius in which you deliver if you obviously can't handle it. It's a shame because there is potential.

Ordered food home. Can't comment on the ambience.
