Die besten Restaurants in Helgoland

Disappointing... I expected a lot from this restaurant, especially considering the high prices. Unfortunately, the food in the Rickmers Galerie Restaurant is absolutely bad. The dish I ordered was duck, which was unfortunately completely dry. There was also standard mashed potatoes and a mango chutney that tasted artificial. To then charge just under €30 for this dead-cooked duck with puree is pretty cheeky, so I can only advise everyone against this restaurant.

First we were let in via a terrace door after knocking. We had to wait a relatively long time for the order to be taken, although we were the only guests and a waitress was sitting at another table. My salad was very small and contained sand, unfortunately there was no compensation for that. My friend's burger was also more "okay" than very tasty. Relatively expensive for that. It seems more like a tourist shop where they only eat once.

Extremely unfriendly and snotty. Service is a foreign word. Please don't get the idea that you want two sauces on your meal. “There’s only one that belongs!!!!” Actually, such harmlessness should be boycotted.
