I got a Sub Taco Fiesta today. The saleswoman didn't even point out to us that an ingredient wasn't available and when we asked if she had forgotten it, she said "we don't have it, it's all". Instead of giving a discount or something else, she didn't make any objections. I find this very outrageous, especially given the price of 7 euros.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were cold and the walls were so thin that we could clearly hear the snoring of the guests in the next room. This severely affected our sleep. The lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly and showed no willingness to help. That was really frustrating. Another problem was that of our group of four, only two people were charged for breakfast, while the other two seemed to have been forgotten - an amusing but annoying misunderstanding. We paid €16 for breakfast but there wasn't even a coffee machine. Overall I can say that this hotel doesn't deserve the four stars it claims to have. We will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

We have to agree with the reviews, it has deteriorated a lot. We picked up the family pizza cold several times. We already decided to pick it up so that this shouldn't actually happen. That was definitely the last time. It all costs a lot of money and you can probably expect that the food will be served warm. As I said, we have looked at it several times now, if we had done it twice we wouldn't have written such a review.

The 'Carbonara' is pure trash. Couldn't identify what the 'sauce' was made of. Salt, pepper nil. Pasta too soft, hardly any ham, zero parmesan. I cook this better and cheaper at home with 4 ingredients.

Ordered from Adler for the 2nd time. And disappointed the second time. Not only did we wait almost 2 hours, but the food was cold and the pizza was dry. Not again.
