Vegan crispy duck meat! I think it's really nice that vegetarians and vegans are being considered. The food 10 out of 10! Friendly staff and fast service. Dogs are also welcome. We'd love to come back 🤝

Very expensive if you want to eat something. Relatively small portion but high prices... A beef roulade with dumplings and red cabbage easily costs 25 euros and a schnitzel costs more than 20 euros. Baked Camembert costs just 15 euros!!!!!! Ice cream is delicious and so is the coffee.

It's a shame that the pretzel is now closed. We have been guests there for many years and have never had a complaint. We wish Dieter, Sylvia, Kira and Andre all the best in life and maybe we'll see each other again. When we are in Moritzburg we will definitely take a look... Maybe... We haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. We were really excited. Lots of fresh ingredients such as home-pickled onions and cucumbers, the individual flavors could be tasted. The menu has exceptional dishes, we were particularly impressed by the vegetarian and fish dishes. Something different than the eternal fries convenience products... Lots of regional products and even some home-smoked. We happened to be there today and will definitely recommend it. It is very comfortable and the employees were super friendly. Price-performance ratio was great.

On Easter Sunday we waited for about half an hour until we at least got the tickets and could order something to drink. My meal (trout) was good, but 2 potatoes were a bit small. But OK. It was very crowded and the service seemed overwhelmed.

Leider hat das Restaurant nicht mehr auf. Es gibt aber einen Imbiss, dort gibt es Pommes, chicken Nuggets etc.

Quite a failure... After we had already tried several times to get a place in this restaurant, it worked yesterday evening. Apparently the store was just barely overrun, but the number of visitors was very manageable. Service was very quick and attentive but the quality of the food was unfortunately quite poor. My steak a four, especially the fried potatoes, were dripping and swimming in pure oil. My companion's pasta no less. After complaining about my food and going back to the kitchen, it came back with just a little less oil but unchanged, which didn't make things any better. My companion's monkfish was just one thing and was completely breaded. As a "compensation" there were two more espressos, but the staff should be trained or informed in which cups and quantities such things are served. A little tip, these are not normal coffee cups and quantities are enough for at least 4 usual espressos. The icing on the cake was the bill, which charged €1.70 for changing my side dish from croquettes to fried potatoes. Unfortunately, this is now not uncommon and is ok in itself, but when I asked when this was suggested to me by the waitress, I should have at least mentioned that this costs extra, because if I had known about it, I would have happily skipped it. Conclusion - Will probably stick with this one-off visit.

Very worth seeing and good offer and ambience in the Moritzburg Castle Restaurant. It is also inexpensive. Good quality in service and food.
