I haven't eaten so well in a long time! It's a shame I'm not on the corner more often.

The food is fresh (e.g. roulade with baked dumplings, goulash or pike perch), tastes A1. The salads are crisp and the drinks are well tempered. Very happy again.

Nice little restaurant in the center of Bad Elster. Everything is very familiar and concerned with the well-being of the guests. The food was really generously portioned and at a fair price. It tasted excellent.

Extremely friendly and competent service, which enabled us to have a fantastic evening with extremely delicious food despite our time pressure despite a full house and a lack of staff! Thank you!

The ambience is great, the food is great, just not as cheap as in the surrounding area. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired, it could definitely be better. There were four of us, the food was set up for two, and nothing more was set up for us. Friendliness, well :( When we asked if there was gluten-free food, we tried fries with a stomach ache. Unfortunately, they couldn't give us a proper answer (language barrier)... While for other guests the cutlery was served with white gloves and the champagne was served en masse...

We went on a short vacation to the forest spring for dinner. The food was super tasty. Price is right too. The waiter was very nice. I ordered a senior portion and it was more than enough. For us it is always a pleasure to come back.

Best Italian between Lower Saxony and Vogtland. Great staff. Great food, great ambience. Thank you for the hot sauce 😉

Despite the poor reviews of this restaurant in the past, we wanted to see this restaurant for ourselves and would be pleasantly surprised. Nicely furnished dining room, cozy and beautifully decorated. Pike perch fillet and tarte flambée, with pilsner and a long drink, all very tasty and recommended! Only good references to the waitress came from the neighboring table. Once again you can see that you shouldn't have any reservations and you have to make your own impression.
